My kid's laptop black screened in the middle of a Windows update, then would not power back on. Seemed like bad news. We brought it in and he took a look and asked us to bring in the charger before he started working on the laptop. We did. He tested the charger and determined it was bad. He put the laptop on another compatible charger and saw it was charging. Then he waited until there was enough charge to boot it. He saw it was 88% of the way through an update and waited till the update completed so he wouldn't be powering down during an update. Then he gave us all the specs we needed to order another charger. And after all this, he didn't bill us because he said he didn't really do anything! This review is our way of showing our appreciation, plus the fact that we will certainly be giving him much more business due to the two desktops and three laptops...
