(Rating 1 star only because the door opened easier than it ever has)... First, let me say that I detest this place, however, generally, I love the food. That's the only reason I stop.
Today I stopped to feed my family of four. This would have amounted to a quick $30 revenue here. I was poorly greeted by some big, gruff guy behind the counter. Not much personality. As I started to tell him what I wanted, it became clear to me that I wasn't going to fill the order. I told him to wait on one order (mine) already started. I substituted the next two and skipped the last one (my wife's) entirely as well as my own meal. The thought of going to another restaurant didn't sound good either.
Out of, let's say, ten entrees, seven barely had a full scoop in the big bowl, two were definitely ones I didn't like and one was an up charge. My options were limited, as usual, and I didn't want to pay extra because they were out of so much stuff. They had enough for me to get my children's dinners and that was it. I told the guy behind the counter of my situation and he didn't even say he was sorry. He just asked if there was anything else and clearly wanted me out of there.
EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS RESTAURANT, IT'S the same old story: Few choices! They can make more in only four minutes (which is actually ten minutes plus). Nobody acts as if they care. There is no manager in site. Most posts on Google say the same thing: "Your food and service suck", Mr and Mrs Panda! Quit pretending to be a restaurant. Read moreHonestly probably the worst experience I've had with them ever. We had ordered ahead of time to pick up because my friend and I only get a 30 minute lunch break. So we went through the drive thru because there was no line to pick it up. The guy who greeted us at the window was nice but the manager or whoever that lady was was so rude. After handing us our bag of food and telling us to have a nice day and closing the window she began arguing and yelling at him and they both starting yelling and pointing at us. We had not yelled pulled away because they had forgotten our drinks so we waited a few more minutes for them to open the window and quit arguing. When the lady opened the window she said "What do you want" and after asking for our drinks she said "i know." then we still had to wait another 5 minutes for them. The guy asked for our bag of food back and made us hand it through our window after we had already handled it and began opening it and checking it. That is absolutely disgusting. I hope they didn't serve it to another customer because that's gross. At the end of it all we finally got our drinks, and some of our food. Had to keep asking for more of it that they forgot to give us. No attempt at making things right was made. I used to manage a Pizza Hut so I know how to make customers happy when things go wrong and nothing was made right which was kind of irritating. I have never had such bad customer service at a restaurant before and it was disappointing to say the least.

Read moreMy husband and I went to the Holland, MI location on our mini vacation. It was terrible!!!! We have a Panda in our hometown and it is one of our favorites. The Holland location was just awful, from the service to the food. The fried rice was way over cooked and mush, it was inedible. I waited to beef and broccoli to be made, the beef was barely cooked and the broccoli was still cold in the middle when I finally got my meal. I had it with the Teriyaki Chicken, the chicken was clearly burned to the point of being black and super dry. My husband had the orange chicken and it was overcooked, dry and completely void of sauce. It looked like the food had been sitting for hours, yet they still served it to customers. It was just gross. The girl who helped us was pleasant, however she had to wait for change, and complained that the Manager was out of town and had left no one in charge and no one had the safe combo for change while the Manager was gone. All in all we spent about 30 minutes there, between waiting for food, change and such. We were completely disappointed and will not be back to that location anytime soon.
