francesca's — Local services in Holland

Went today to look around while in the area on vacation. Usually have a great experience but the cashier Pamela was extremely rude and off putting. I asked if I could use a changing room (wasn't sure if I needed permission to use one or not) and she rolled her eyes and said "uh yeah...the last one is open". Didn't smile at all, used a condescending tone of voice, and was overall just rude. While I love Francesca's I will not be returning to that location due to that one employee making my sister and I feel so unwelcome. Seems like we're not the only people who had problems with her based off of these reviews. As someone who has worked customer service for over 10 years it's not for everyone including Pamela, please look into getting a job in another...

I went at 7pm on Saturday 8/26, and the worker was absolutely horrible to me. She snapped at me for looking at little girls clothes, (easy mistake, they look like women’s) Didn’t want to hold clothes for me to come back, finally I politely asked her a question and did not make eye contact, and answered the question after walking away from me (very rude). Great selection of clothes. Unfortunately, the cashier Pamela was incredibly rude. I walked in and said “hi! I have to make a return please.” To which she actually rolled her eyes and said “I see that.” She handed me my receipt and I said “thank you” and she muttered something under her breath as I left.
