Lokers Shoes — Local services in Holland

Great friendly service, but unfortunately i waited 3 weeks for a pair of Keens to come in, which were not cheap.. $180.00 I had to call them...every time and they never called me once, to keep me posted. I called them at least 6 times. You would think if they wanted the business, they would at least assure me and say, we are going to see what the hold up is. Well, it got to the point that when i called they knew who i was. My company pays for 2 pairs out shoes every 6 months. So this means, I'm sending all my guys to Redwings!!!! So, I'm glad customers have the chance to write reviews. Just in case you forgot..... my name is Richard John Reyes!! Thanks for wasting my time, because when i called the final time to ask if my shoes came in, you said no...i said" I'm sorry, but i need the shoes, I'll have to go elsewhere. She said" ok, bye!!!! Nice!!! Great...

My husband and I visited this store yesterday. When we walked in I seen these boots I had been wanting, I picked up a boot and this lady customer said ( oh you will love them I just got a pair). So we waited for someone to wait on us while the sale lady checked the customer and her friend out. They stood and talked for around 15 minutes. We sat in the chairs by the boots I wanted to try on.( which was right by the check out counter). The two ladies left the store, the clerk came out of the check out station and went straight to the back of the store just like we were invisible. Very rude in my a opinion. We got up I said thanks for not waiting on us and we walked out the door...

This is probably the best shoe store experience I have had in my adult life. First of all, the employees are knowledgeable and helpful bit reminds me of shipping for shoes when I was a kid. They help you get stuff on. If you're trying multiple shoes for a purpose, they had me walk with a different shoe on each foot to even compare the shoes. The last thing I wanted to touch on is when I was there I attempted to use a gift card, it said it didn't go through but it did. When they found out it went through in the middle of the night, thry ended up refunding to my actual credit card when they could not get a hold of me, which I find...
