HOM by Benchmark — Local services in Holland

Have always loved to shop here over the years, it’s a beautiful store and I have had nothing but great experiences. However, today I was taking a picture of my aunt next to the cute purses in the store, and was looked at with absolute disgust by an employee for taking a picture as she turned, huffed and walked away. The other employee working was so kind, but the interaction was so bothersome to me that we uncomfortably left the store.

Unfortunately, will not be returning to shop here anymore, nor will my family :(

I recommend making ALL customers feel welcomed by employees...

My two sister-in-laws were visiting from Texas and Colorado and we luckily discovered this wonderful store in downtown Holland. It was amazing! We loved how unique and tasteful everything was displayed with such a variety of special things for your home. We couldn't stop shopping and even went back the next day to buy more. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. It is now my new favorite place to shop and am so glad I only live...

Visited this store this past weekend...WOW! This is one of THE most beautiful home furnishing and design spaces I have seen in a long time. This store competes with all the big city offerings...and beats them hands down. I have been in the design/ furniture industry for over 30 years and this is perfection. Their wood working skills are second to none, and SOMEONE knows product display and does it to perfection!! What a pleasant surprise this...
