I am so happy the Culture Cheese Shop opened in downtown Holland. The variety of imported cheeses is just amazing. Today, I tried the much anticipated cheese sandwich service in the back of the shop. My wife and I each chose one of the offerings and our sandwiches were very tasty. However, there was something wrong - we could not distinguish between the cheese and the bread; it all tasted of cheese - the cheese completely infused the bread. My guess is that there is either too much cheese or the bread is sliced too thinly. But we were happy...

I had a small crowd of friends and family over tonight for a birthday celebration, and had Culture Cheese build me a board instead of making apps myself. Everyone absolutely LOVED everything we got! We spent half the evening talking about different meats and cheeses we have come across as a result. The ladies in the store were fantastic to work with, and were very attentive to my needs with several severe food allergies.
