Rainbow Shops — Local services in Hollywood

I had a very concerning experience at this Rainbow location in Hollywood, FL. Two employees were watching me closely while I shopped, making me feel uncomfortable. When I asked a simple question about sizing, the cashier responded with attitude.

After I paid and received my receipt, the store alarm went off, and one of the employees immediately pointed at me and called me back, accusing me of stealing. She checked my bag, found everything was paid, and gave a fake apology.

This felt intentional, like racial profiling or targeting. I was followed while shopping, and the entire situation was unprofessional and disrespectful.

First time I ever went there. Wanted to see it out of curiosity. They had posted a sale. I went in and it was awful. First of all, the girls working there were dismissive and not friendly to guests in the shop. They were standing behind the counter gossiping. I watched an older woman get ignored when she had a question. The clothes are cheap and tacky. It's no wonder they were on sale. Certain Rainbow locations have predominantly Spanish speaking staff, and they can be very rude at times due to the language barrier them not fully understanding me and vice versa. The two ladies were very rude at the cashier and had the nerve to tell me to calm down when I am asking questions and they either didn’t understand or were acting like they don’t. That will stop me from shopping there because is frustrating when you can’t get a simple question...
