As a fan of this restaurant chain it was hard to write this. This chain is consistent on food quality throughout all their restaurants. However this location in Hollywood is the worst I have ever been to. It happens to be the worst customer service and inconsistency of food available in Hollywood.
Three things I want to mention, let’s keep it short. Customer service Out of the 8+ times I’ve been to this location. The same woman is always at the register. As soon as I walk in she gives me an angry look and/or rolls her eyes. Not sure what I did to upset her, we only talk when I order food at the register.
Two register lines I love the idea of the express patty lane, but it is always a disaster. As soon as you stand in it, everyone in the other line to make a custom plate stares at you like your cutting them in line. From that angle you can’t see the express patty sign, so I understand their perspective. They need to make the two registers more clear so all the customers are aware of the difference. Even if you wait in the express patty lane, they continue to serve 3+ people before they even acknowledge you. If you want patty’s and wait in the plate line, they always say why did you wait in this line.
Food availability Why are jerk chicken patty’s on the menu? They are never available. No joke, the jerk chicken patty’s have been available 1 out of the 8+ times I’ve been there.

The only thing I would like to see them do is remind their employees to wash their hands before grabbing a food container to serve.
If you have to go back in the kitchen to grab some more food, you should still wash your hands afterwards. Washing your hands should be the first step before grabbing a food container to serve a customer. Not wash your hands and grab other things then the containers.
I had a young female employees wipe her hands on her apron, NOT after washing them, but after coming from the kitchen, then she had her fingers all inside the food container. That wasn't cool.
Who knows how many times she wipes her hands on that apron washed and unwashed, who knows where that apron has been.
I've even seen people handle customers credit cards or cash, then grab an empty food container, with their fingers all inside of them, not cool.
WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE GRABBING FOOD CONTAINERS. PLEASE!

When I walk into a restaurant for the first time I want the the menu to be organized and clear, I want to see what the specials are. I had to ask to see if they had lunch specials and there are no details about what is included in their combos. When clarity and organization are lacking in the menu it’s very intimidating, because I either have to ask questions and if there is a long line it makes me feel like a nuisance or I just order without knowing what is included in the price or what my options are, if I have any.
