I feel it’s important to warn others about a lot of issues many tenants have faced while living here in such a short amount of time. The apartments themselves could have potential.Unfortunately the environment and management make it extremely difficult to enjoy living here. Many tenants openly disregard the community rules, leaving trash overflowing in the garbage area, littering, and even smoking marijuana in and around the property, which makes it unpleasant for everyone else. It’s disheartening to see shared spaces treated with such little respect. The management here is not the best. Concerns are either ignored or brushed off, and there is no sense of urgency in addressing issues that impact residents’ quality of life. Management does not maintain or clean the property, leaving common areas dirty and unsanitary. Communication is poor and it feels like resident comfort and safety are not priorities.Parking is another nightmare there is only one assigned space per apartment which is actually a public garage for other people. Having to use a public garage that feels unsafe, especially late at night.Between the filth, the lack of enforcement of rules, the unsafe atmosphere, and the unresponsive management, I cannot recommend living here. Please consider this a fair warning before signing a lease. You deserve better for your money and...

I see management responds to a person putting a 5 ⭐️ but won’t respond to people asking for there $100 it’s been 8 months since I been dealing with this sorry behind owners or any responsible assistant that suppose to take care of the return of refunds after waiting 5 months to say they don’t have any apartments available but they can’t return your money we all need to get together and take them to court if anyone needs to join let me know we all can get on and get more of what we are owned let’s hit them in their pockets teach them a good lesson for keeping peoples money and not responding to our emails or...
