We ordered Uber eats tonight from this restaurant, and although the food is always amazing, the customer service from the restaurant stunk.
We ordered our usuals - butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, vegetable and chicken samosas. My husband and I were starving tonight. When the Uber eats driver arrived with a small bag, I knew food was missing. Although I told her that it looks like I was missing an entrée, she stated that there is no way that she could check that because they are not allowed to access food in the bag and that I needed to take the issue up with Uber eats.
I requested a refund for the missing entree via the app, not a problem. My husband contacted the restaurant to see if we could remedy the issue by getting his order of chicken tikka masala delivered and they are they did not understand him or care because they gave him the runaround despite his many attempts to get them to understand that it wasn't about the refund, we wanted the food!
Unfortunately the manager Appa stated that she can guarantee that she packed the bag with everything that was ordered and we needed to take it up with the driver. So now we have people pointing fingers at each other when all we want is our food. By the way, the bag was indeed stapled and taped when we got it and it did not look like the Uber eats driver accessed anything.
We have ordered from this place a few times already and we love the food but we just cannot tolerate the lack of respect or concern for the customer. We will not be ordering from here again.

I would never go back again because of the hygiene. Im not a Karen but when I set down, the 1st thing I noticed was a long black hair on the white table paper. I brushed it aside and did not think about it. Then I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and I was appalled by how dirty and disgusting the bathroom is. When I came back to the table I read reviews online that also reflected the atrocious hygiene and the problem with hair in the food. For a family owned establishment, I would think that they would take pride in their restaurant and clean the bathroom like they would at home. Since this restaurant only opened 3 months before covid, it looks like the bathroom door has never been cleaned. The floors desperately need a pressure cleaning in the entire restaurant. It looks like 10 years of foot traffic. The grout was black. Also I was the only patron there and they didn't bother to sweep the visible debris on the ground.
