Caution they scam people and ruin family vacations be aware you could have your reservation canceled and money stolen from this company, I made a reservation online for a 6 passenger golf cart and paid in full $495, apparently they contract out a company but will not accept responsibility when after they canceled my reservation and made no attempt to contact me even though their policy specifically state any cancelation they make the renter will be informed within 24hours if the would have followed the policy they have I would have had time to make arrangements with another more reliable company,
6/15/18 495$ was paid as of 6/29/18 I have not had any money returned. Further more the Manager Khya made false statement about my money being returned on 6/16 then as an insult for a mistake they made She informed me I will only be refunded 468$ the remainder I would have to contact the company they use and fend for myself in trying to get this refund, if I ever receive a refund at all.
My only option now is to try to fight in court for my money back, whats even worse is my family vacation is ruined my three kids are heartbroken and donât even want to go to the beach since this was the only reason for choosing Anna Maria island.
The owners name is John I hope he decides to reach out but from the attitude and actions of his staff I donât expect to see or hear from him until I have that to sue him in court.

   Read moreCalled on a Sunday asking about a golf cart being delivered. They had told me it would be delivered between 9-11 on Monday morning. I called around 1030am Monday wanting to know an est time of arrival & she did not give a time est. she told me they would call once they were on the way to deliver the cart. Around 1130-1140 I got a call saying they were on their way to deliver the golf cart. i walk over from the beach to my VRBO, waiting & waiting. I called about 15 minutes later wondering where they were (bc it was supposed be ~10 mins from our stay) & they said they dropped it off but theyâd bring the keys - apparently they dropped it off at some random condo down the road, which is fine bc things happen & the addresses were weird. But I think if they are dropping off a golf cart, they should call whenever they are on their way (unless you pre-order) & when they pull up to give you the keys. & if you say youâd deliver it between 9-11, it should be delivered in between that time frame. The communication was not good. Then when we go to use the golf cart, the steering alignment was way off. The steering wheel was half turned to the right for going âstraight.â The golf cart sounded like it was going to fall apart the whole time. We only had it 2.5 days, so it got the job done but overall - I am not impressed. The lack of communication is what really frustrated me. The only plus side to the whole thing was that they deliver for free. IF you decide to use fun & more rentals, I do recommend ordering a delivery before arriving so itâll be at your Airbnb/VRBO/condo upon your arrival or you could be waiting around on them to drop it off :) I will give Rachel 5/5 stars though because she was very sweet on the phone.    Read moreI only gave one star because there was no lower level to give. We rented a four-passenger cart from them on September 7th and intended to keep it for a week. We were quoted a price at almost $500 golf cart had bad brakes, the steering was bad, it drove like a death trap. We returned it and told them the issues and they didn't have any more four seaters so they put us in a six-seater and told me they wouldn't even charge me for the upgrade. Well I thought to myself that's good cuz I wouldn't pay for an upgrade I didn't want to succeed her I rented a four seater. As we were driving to the grocery store once again I noticed the brakes were bad the steering was way off and then the muffler fell off or broke or something and it was extremely loud. I was afraid I was going to get pulled over by the police. It took it straight back to them and told them I was done because I wasn't going to spend my entire week on the island at their business exchanging carts due to safety reasons. I was told that they would email me receipts, bug they never did. When I got home and checked my credit card statement, they had refunded some of my money, bug charged me the daily rate if approx. 185. I called in to talk to them about it and the manager said there was nothing they could do that was their policy. They offered no concession or discounts for all the trouble we went through and then have the audacity to charge me that much money for a broken down cart that we couldn't even use.
