We used Zoom Around for our recent week long family trip to Anna Maria Island and could have not been happier with the overall quality of the golf cart and the overall quality of the customer service. We had a few questions before arriving about check in and to confirm the time it was being delivered and Ruben Nateras and his team were very helpful in answering all of our questions. We arranged to have our golf cart delivered Saturday at 10:00 AM and they were there right at 10:00 AM with a clean and well working cart. The check in was very easy and not stressful at all the delivery representative went over everything you needed to know about the cart. The cart worked perfectly for the entire week and made our time so much more enjoyable. Check out was just as simple as check in, making the entire process stress free. When coming back to Anna Maria Island we will defiantly be using Zoom...

The staff have been very friendly. I enjoyed riding my LSV on the side streets of Southern Shores to the beach of Hillside Crest. This is not a negative comment towards Zoom Around but a tip for renters of LSVs in general. Know your area and neighborhood regarding high traffic areas despite being in the speed range for LSVs. I did not feel safe driving the short distance on the main road from Duck to Southern Shores to my rental home due to agressive drivers driving above the speed limit. That road is ALWAYS BUSY 24/7. I did feel safer on the side streets . This would be more of a borough / county concern that the main road through Duck to Southern Shores should have the speed limit changed to 15 mph through the shopping areas in Duck then to only 25mph through Southern Shore and enforced by police for the lives of young families and safety of all...
