We arrive at the store at 5:00pm May 10, 2022; we love the store HOWEVER the store worker lady with long hair and glasses has very bad manners and attitude. First she got mad and impatient with us, then kicked us out of the change rooms. When we wanted to check items before paying she did not let us check the prices. She rushed us to pay and clearly the store wasn’t closed for another hour. When we payed, she didn’t tell us about the returned policy and we asked nicely after, but she replied “duh it’s a outlet store..” very rudely. She did not treat us like customers but was very annoyed. This was the worse experience we have gotten from crazy shirt store. This place was always a favorite! However, just like last year, we didn't find as much as usual. in fact, the flaws were by far the worst we've ever seen in decades. It's just too obvious to make wearing it acceptable unless strictly around the house. We were told this location will be permanently closing soon. Operations have begun moving out of state. One of the best places in Hawai'i to shop at. Workers were outstanding, both informative and warm. They were really helpful and down to earth which made our experience there much more memorable than we'd expect.

An accapella group funded by the shopping district even stopped by to sing Christmas songs for 5 minutes.

The merchandise is of high quality that's hard to find elsewhere, even with the minor flaw(s) pointed out with stickers next to them.
