DAISO — Local services in Honolulu

Love our Hawai'i 🌈🌠🌺 Daiso, I mean who doesn't?? Although this location I really thought had they had "Shopping Carts", but they don't, BOOO! Haha! I haven't been to this Daiso for awhile now, but it's actually fine with me that you grab a "Shopping Basket" as soon as you enter in this location & start your Daiso😍Shopping!!

I'm glad that this Store wasn't Super Crowded today (9/12/2022), Whew, && you actually have time to browse for whatever you 💗Heart💗 desires to buy in here @Daiso Hawai'i.

I came in looking just for a few items, their are So much things to see in this Daiso Location (Imo) (@1024 Piikoi Street), that till this day I haven't gotten a chance to go down each & every single Isle yet! Lol. That's one of my goals here in our Hawai'i Daiso, is to browse & go down each & every Aisles! Lol🤣😂🤙🏻.

This Daiso @Piikoi St., Hi is a clean Store!!! Helpful workers here, Mahalo Nui Daiso Hi🤙🏻🤙🏻.

From every size plastic Containers, Japanese Ceramic Bowls, Hair Accessories, Japanese Snacks/Chips/Candies, Disney😍 Stuffs too & so much more things that you will see in any Daiso Stors I'm sure, & don't forget to check out the, "Hello😍 Kitty" Section too, which btw, you are only allowed to purchase (5) items of anything Hello Kitty per day, which makes total sense to me, that gives everyone else a chance to pick up Hello Kitty Cute Stuffs😍❤💛😍. I got stuck in Hello Kitty section today (lol!), it was so much Fun choosing my (5) items & (5) items more, since my Hubby was also in the Store picking up a few items too. It's very easy to choose (10) Hello Kitty items in this Store!!

So, if you've never been to our Daiso Hawai'i Stores, this is a must see Store, filled with Tons & Tons of nick knacks which range from $1.75, & up, if you see other numbers on items, this Store has this price list that you just need to refer back to for a particular price, etc. If an item says 200 Yen = $3.00, etc, again just refer back to that chart that is pretty much provided all over in the Store in each Isle.

This is a Happy place to Shop😍🤩🛍🛍🛍. Why yes, they even sell lots of different Reusable "Cute" tote bags & our Hawai'i🌈🌠🏖🏝🌺🦋🌸 Daiso Reusable Bags also, pick up 1 or 2 or more like me meeeeee!! They are great for gifts, (to put gifts inside these bags) especially our Hawai'i💗 Daiso🌺 Reusable 🦋Shopping Bags🦋 are Pretty Cute😍😍🛍🛍🛍.

Lastly, the prkg lot is not the biggest here, doable, but they still have a few ppl/Workers outside to control the the prkg traffic at times, especially during the Weekends & Holidays, etc. Parking for us today was a breeze, luckily they had parking Stalls available when we arrived, Hip, Hip Hooray, we Scored!! ...

This store has a little bit of everything- things you need, stuff you love, and things you never knew you wanted (or that they even existed) until now! Most items are $1.75, unless otherwise listed. There are helpful signs posted all over the shop that explain what the other price codes mean. There are large selections in the storage container, kitchen and garden, school/office supplies, and art/craft items, as well as numerous others (waaay too many to list here). This is the largest of the Daiso stores in the area, with Pearl City running a close second, and seems to have a broader selection of kids crafts and toys/games than the others.

One major drawback for this store is the parking situation. It's a small, oddly shaped lot on the corner of Piikoi and Young, with a one-way circle, with diagonal parking only. I'm pretty sure it's marked for nose-in only parking, but there always seems to be "that driver" that HAS to back in for no good reason, holding up traffic. And ye, InkeN traffic. The lot has an attendant that ensures that not too many people are in the circle at a time, which means that those waiting to park are stuck out on the road, holding up the cross traffic. My advice is to try and find on-street parking, or free spots in other lots, nearby and walk over.

" ' Neat ' & WELL ORGANIZED " -- Items predominantly & mostly More Than Adequately BUT SUFFICIENTLY Sorted , PLACED CORRECTLY & ORGANIZED ( as good as "down To EARTH" _ S. KING St. ) ; must have been REGULARLY Neaten -ed ( unlike, MESSY CVS - Longs, Walmart, ... ) !

obviously, INEXPENSIVE & EXCEEDINGLY affordable -- for REMARKABLY PRACTICAL Items ( very helpful for current economic Situation ) !!

of course, cheap : NEVERTHELESS, (unusually & uncommonly, especially, nowadays) APEX Customer SERVICES ; during my Duration THERE, i Have METICULOUSLY Been ABLE TO OBSERVE that NOT JUST JAPANESE Tourists and Japanese LOCALS WERE thoroughly and courteously Served and Helped -- ALL Nationalities and Races were TREATED PROFESSIONALLY ( as in HIGH Class Boutiques ) !!!
