So after the third attempt to visit the store to donate some items( the first two times the store was closed even though they were supposed to open as I went there during their regular business hours and they were not signed suggesting different hours), they were finally open for business. The door was locked. As I rand a bell a guy showed up, unlocked the door and Without warning me he jumped at me pointing at my head with something; I found out later it was the thermometer and he had an intent check my temperature. I got all jumpy and told him I did not like that as he scared me. The guy became rude and said everyone does that and that is the regulation or something like that. I told him I would like to see that paper that says anyone has right to invade my privacy without asking me and getting my permission. He at that point became even more aggressive and responded that they were NOT going to deal with me and he started closing the door. I tried to at least give him my donation which he declined. I have never seen or experienced such unprofessional, aggressive and utterly rude behavior from someone in customer service business. He turned down donation that would be useful to some individuals , insulted someone who came with best intentions into their store, and showed extreme disrespect for an older person, a visitor to this island, who only wanted to do good deeds, but did not want to be harassed by some random improvised "measures" and actions without being warned and asked for a permission.
