Infinity Fitness and Massage — Local services in Honolulu

I had the most incredible experience at Infinity Fitness and Massage, located on the top floor of the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort. From the moment I walked in on September 7th, I knew I was in for a treat. The spa is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and exudes a sense of serenity and peace that immediately puts you at ease. I was warmly welcomed by a kind and smiling receptionist who offered me a choice of tea or wine, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience.

Miyako, my massage therapist, was exceptional. I opted for a 60-minute deep tissue massage, and she skillfully adjusted the pressure to my preference, finding and working out every knot and tense spot with precision. Her expertise was evident as she focused on relaxing my muscles, leaving me feeling lighter and completely rejuvenated by the end of the session.

Afterward, I enjoyed a cup of organic tea on the rooftop while taking in the stunning views of the aqua-blue waters of Waikiki. It was the perfect way to end my visit. The massage ladies were very nice, did a great job with the massage for my husband and I's couples massage/honeymoon. We were told a gift card would work by our hotel (the hotels are sisters) and the spa ended up declining the gift card, which was very frustrating as we weren't expecting to pay the $300+ without our gift card. That's not the biggest deal. What they advertise on social media however, is not like the expectations, as far as scenery and location of massage rooms. We saw many pictures of folks getting massages on the roof top with the beach view and that was not an option. We were pretty let down and felt like the advertisement makes it seem more than what it is. After our massage we did sit on the roof top and enjoyed the beach views, but not a place I'd go back to nor recommend due to lack of customer service from the front end of not being able to accommodate at least a discount for not taking the gift card. Care of quality was great in regards to our massage ladies, fantastic job. Whole experience just is not worth the money you pay...

We visit Infinity Wellness in September 2023 while we were on honeymoon in Hawaii. As we were really active the days before, this was a truly enjoyable stay. We had a relax massage for 60min. If you want special treatments you can chose and mark them on the check-in paper which we get when we arrived. There are rooms for change with showers, so you can easily prepare for the massage and also leave your stuff in the lockers. You get few minutes to relax and enjoy inside (or outside) the spa with a beautiful ocean view by a cup of tee or some other drink. Than the friendly masseuses picks us up and takes us to the massage room. The communication was really good so they knew which areas should be treated and they fulfil our expectations. We had a great and truly relaxing massage, we really enjoyed it and we felt reborn and ready for new activities afterwards.
