I’m so sorry to do this - they are very kind, have a lot of hairdressers and therefore a lot of availability, parking in the back, and I really want to like this salon. However, there is simply a language barrier issue that has consistently done me dirty the last three times I’ve gone. I’ll ask them do to leave my bangs alone, they’ll say okay, and then they try and shape them anyway. When I ask them to shave no fade on the sides, they say okay, and then immediately give me a fade. I even asked again for no fade - no shorter at the bottom and longer at the top, just short all the way up - they seem to agree but then just gave me a shorter fade. This has been an issue with three of their hairdressers. I really appreciate how kind they are and really want to love this hair salon, but long story short, if they cannot give me what I ask for, then I have to...

Probably the worst place I have ever gotten a haircut at. Some reviewer said they know how to give a fade here....absolutely not. This is the kind of place that cuts you off when you are explaining how you want your haircut and says "I know" & "I understand" and then they proceed to give you an extremely short and high fade when you asked for "a very low fade and please keep it longer on the sides" and they dont allow you to proceed to go into detail and ensure there was no miscommunication because they already said "I know" and "I understand" and are already cutting your hair. Moreover. The haircutter/butcher wet my hair with a rag she wet in the sink and then wrung out against the bottom of the sink and then placed it back on my head. This place is worse than...
