Dr. Yim was recommend by a friend. My eye was severely irritated and I was having trouble opening it. Dr. Yim made me feel very comfortable during the exam. He was patient and very thorough. He prescribed medication for both eyes and scheduled a follow up to make sure it cleared up properly. I’m used to doctors just prescribing medication and telling me to call if the symptoms don’t go away. So I really appreciated that from Dr. Yim. During the follow up visit Dr. Yim gave me a full eye exam. I was aware I had a slight astigmatism but my previous eye doctor said my normal contacts were adequate. Dr. Yim took the time to fit me with specialized contacts so I could make an educated decision on which felt more comfortable. This review is for my husband Alex who had cataract surgery done in both eyes. Alex was in the market for an Ophthalmologist to do his surgery and was referred to Dr Yim with high regards from his PCP. We couldn't have been more pleased with Dr Yim's professional knowledge and at. the same time his down to earth approach. Everything went seamlessly from his proficient admin staff with the scheduling and explanation of all charges and what to expect from beginning to the post opt visits. We highly recommend Dr. Yim and his staff for anyone in the market for an Ophthalmologist that is professional and trustworthy! Dr. Michael Yim performed laser cataract surgery on both my right and left eye. The cataracts in both eyes were really bad. The laser cataract surgery in both eyes was a complete success. My vision is very clear now. I am very, very happy with the results. Dr. Yim is very patient and caring and explains and answers whatever questions you may have. He is also very encouraging. His staff is also very patient and caring. Thank you very much, Dr. Yim!!
