As soon I walk into the store the old women Owner started to follow me asking me I’m ready and I didn’t even had anything on my hands. Then she will ask me again, she will continue to follow me through the store. when I finally had something in my hands , she ask me again are you ready . Like pushing me out of the store when I purchase 3 things, I look at the receipt and it was 52.00 dollars when i bought 25.00 worth of things. I told her you charge me more she said “oh” let me see what can I do . Then charge me the right amount. Two transactions in this store for her mistake. The next day I call the credit card and she never credit my 52.00 back .. I when in person waisting vacation time . So she will tell me that I have to wait until the credit card refund me . The male owner was there and we call the credit card together and he heard when the credit card rep said no refund has been post. I told the owner want my money in cash or call the cops. He started saying why I’m the way I’m when I’m Hawai’i there not people like that . It’s not my fault first this lady follow me thru the whole store , harassing me if I was ready, but making bigger transactions in your receipt. “PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT “. He gave ne 52.00 in cash and I left and told him that this why you guys have bad reviews in google because of her ....

Let's start with the positive: I really liked the dresses. Now for the negative: the worst thing is that they told my almost 80 year old Grandma one price for her shirt she found. She checked out and then glanced at her receipt and found out they charged her like $5 more than they said. What kind of people take advantage of the elderly?! They are also extremely pushy! So much so that they talked themselves out of a sale. I was going to get one dress that I really loved and they just keep hounding me so I put it back. It was overpriced anyway, which I was willing to overlook because I really loved it and after all, it is in Hawaii and their rent is probably very expensive for their spectacular location. They really need to change their sales tactics though because it was ridiculous how much they tried to push me to buy. There is a store closer to diamond Head; I think it's called makai gift outlet that has some of the same stuff and the lady in there was super nice...

What a terrible terrible store..... it’s always so fun to have a shadow hovering over you the whole time you’re in the store talking about how great the items are and that you need to buy multiple items because they’re great. We also had an incident of a lost wallet along the way and went back in the shop to see if someone had found and returned it in the shop and then got a lecture and snarky remarks of how we didn’t buy enough and only bought something small from one of the employees but not the one who was hounding us about buying something the whole time we were there and how we should always keep track of our wallet and it was our faults for being stupid. Very insulting and rude... my advice: GO TO A BETTER SHOP!!! Plenty of nice or the same things at better stores. If there was a rating of less than one star that’s what I...
