l I normally wouldn’t post something, except when there is something I find absolutely ridiculous. I bought a nearly $20 key chain because I wanted something nostalgic from Hawaii. I opted not to get a bag, but instead asked for the wrapping tissue which is clearly displayed on the counter. When I asked for a single tissue, the person behind the cash register said, “um, we only use the tissue for clothes.” Right. Honestly, that is the most ridiculous excuse and put me off that I felt compelled to write on here, and will not shop there again. Thanks for the great customer service. How much does the tissue cost?...

I will not purchase any more clothing from this store, and I do not recommend it to others. I’ve purchased nine shirts from this store. Unfortunately a recent shirt was mislabeled the wrong size or shrunk to the point of being unwearable after a cold, delicate wash and hang dry. Despite me being a repeat customer who has purchased nine shirts, the owner of the store would not correct the issue. Customers need to be able to wash their shirts without them shrinking down significantly. I have shopped for friends and family here over the years, enjoying the design and quality of products. This year there was a disappointing service attitude. Efficient and accommodating but as though they were doing me a favor by selling me 7 shirts and one dress. I has to ask for two bags and they should have asked if I needed 8.
