I’m honestly confused by my experience here, in every way this was not a 5 star experience. First of all, I called the week before because I wanted to do a couples massage and I am pregnant so needed a prenatal massage. I wanted to make sure that they had the right people and were prepared. When I called I was told to text what we wanted and got a reply that it was booked. When we showed up at 2 pm there was obviously no record of our appointment. We waited 15 min for other couple massage to finish and then there was 15 min of confused conversion about what we wanted. They had us go in the room and get undressed/covered but then kept coming in and out of the room obviously trying to figure out things. At one point my masseuse started my massage and then stopped and left the room. They finally got started at 230 which I know because there is a clock on the wall that I was facing. The prenatal massage was pretty disappointing, I just got the same motions on my back for 20 min until I asked for her to move on, which to her credit she did. She also had her phone on the bed that kept vibrating with texts. There’s no music playing which is fine but it’s in a hotel lobby so you can hear all the loud people coming/going. Also we were told we were done at 350 which is 10 min short of the 90 min massage we paid for. I gave it 3 stars because my husband said he had a wonderful deep tissue massage. So I guess I would not recommend this place for pregnant ladies but seems fine for deep...
Read moreThis little spot was such a pleasant surprise! Tucked inside the Aqua Aloha Surf Hotel right next to the front desk, it’s a charming and cozy massage place. My friend and I were on a packed vacation schedule and decided to treat ourselves to a relaxing session. We called ahead, and they were incredibly kind to fit us in last minute. They even sent clear directions with images beforehand, so we had no trouble finding it.
When we arrived, Eva and Lisa greeted us warmly and walked us through the massage options. The room had a cozy, calming vibe with soothing music playing in the background. The therapist was amazing—she took the time to ask about our problem areas, adjusted the pressure to our preference, and gave such thoughtful care. It was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep mid-session!
I had the Lomi Lomi Swedish massage with tiger balm, while my friend chose the deep tissue massage with hot coconut oil. Both treatments felt like magic thanks to the therapist’s skillful touch. If you’re in Waikīkī and need some relaxation or rejuvenation, I highly recommend checking this place out. It’s conveniently located and truly a hidden gem—I’m so glad we found it. Will...
Read moreI called ahead and asked about a same day massage for two. I originally suggested a time, and the lady asked for a bit later. We agreed on her later time and made the appointment.
My partner and I show up on time. The woman who answered the door had no idea what was going on as to why we were there. I told her I called and spoke to someone who made the appointment. She said ok and asked us to wait a few minutes. We wait.....wait....and wait some more. The original woman whom I spoke with texted inquiring whether we were arrived or not. I told her yes and that her partner doesn't know anything about this booking. I could see they were scrambling and unprepared.
After I got tired of waiting, the woman came from outside and was immediately trying to rush us into the back to begin. This was not a calming or relaxing experience as a massage should be. How dare you show up late, unprepared, and then try to rush the clients. I refused service and headed for the exit. She tells me she's calling her boss! As if that meant what to me??? While waiting for my ride, she tried to hand me the phone. Lol. I tell you no lies.
Good luck with this place. I do...
