Tricked Out Hawaii - Terrible Service and Broken iPhone

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Tricked Out Hawaii. I took my son’s iPhone 12 to the International Market location in Honolulu for a battery replacement, which was botched. After the replacement, the phone started turning off and on by itself, and the camera was blurry. We had to change our travel plans just to visit another location (Pearl Ridge) to get it fixed, only to be told they didn’t have the necessary parts to address the problem.

The worst part? It’s been over six weeks since this happened, and despite multiple emails and phone calls, I’ve received no compensation or resolution. My son is now left without a usable phone, which is unacceptable, especially since we were only in Honolulu for the day, do not live in Hawaii and had to return back to Mexico the following day.

I expected much more from a company that should stand by its work. At this point, I can’t recommend their services to anyone. Proceed with caution. So...

Wen't here to get a new screen for my iPhone a couple weeks ago. The guys in the store are very sweet, but unfortunately after having the screen changed, I've had problems with my phone. Face ID was no longer working, and the quality of the screen is just not good. The touch doesn't work properly and the screen freezes all the time.

I wen't back to the store, and they could indeed tell that Face ID was working before the phone was handed in to them. They said the manager was gonna ring me the same day, and that I would get a compensation in form of either getting the phone fixed or getting a new one.

I never heard from the manager. The manager is not there when you go to the shop, and then unfortunately the staff can't help when the manager is not there. I was then told to send an email to them, which I did, and I never heard back.

I understand that a repair can go wrong - it's just a shame that customer service is so poor they can't seem to fix it when making a mistake. I am now left with a phone in worse condition than before i...

She was amazing, didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, at the same time she was very knowledgeable about all the products they sell at Tricked out accessories. At the same time she still recommended other items that I wasn’t necessarily looking for which i thought was cool. I bought a power pack and a baby Yoda Pop socket, the battery pack is great my phone charged to 50 percent in no time it felt like, I also decided to put the baby yoda pop socket on the back of the battery pack, Definitely helps out while I’m skateboarding and moving around. She also also asked if I was local because they have this program where you basically are covered for 2 years on the battery packs and I’m pretty sure she said lifetime on other products. Been yeah at the end of the day it’s all about the service you get when you go somewhere so I would give her service a 10/10 local or visiting go check out tricked out accessories at their Waikiki location you won’t be...
