From the moment I viewed Lilia online I was stunned by the beauty. However, that’s not what made me bite the bullet and become a resident. It was the way I felt when I arrived that made the rent price no longer be too high! The warmth of the entire staff on property radiates the aloha spirit. Emma went above and beyond at every turn to make me feel at home! I’ve been Fortas to have lived in many luxurious places and nothing compares. The common areas are used, with such a community spirit. The amenity deck features a salt water heated pool. You feel as if you’re floating! There’s a large hot tub and several cabanas along with a fire pit perfect for reading under the stars! The 24 hour gym has all you need and keeps getting better. The active lifestyle is absolutely known by the management and they are constantly looking to make this the best gym on the island, if it isn’t already! There are several open air kitchens and two private huts also equipped to prepare your dinner each night. An indoor work space is well equipped for presentations to hosting dinner parties, events or gatherings. Sold yet!? I haven’t even touched on the lounge on the main floor with hammocks and tons of plush areas to also work or read. The concierge is on alert 24/7 making the building feel secure and welcoming. In the slight chance it rains, you don’t need to worry about getting wet! The Waikiki Market is a short elevator ride away. In my opinion this is the best location. Walkability to everything you need, from the beach to the bank to a massage to speciality coffee, the library, whatever your daily routine is now it can only get easier and better. I’ve saved so much time in my day simply because of the convenient location and all that is offered here. Secure parking if you do drive! Super pet friendly, always clean! Any issue at all, Emma is there immediately. I couldn’t be happier with her willingness to take the time and energy to have such care for each and everyone of us residents. They all are stellar at their jobs - Korey, Ari, Tanya, John, Javier, Aaron, Diane. They are present, proactive, thoughtful and genuine always. While no place is perfect, this is the closest you’ll ever find. If I could think of a negative, I’d share, that’s how at peace it feels to live here. I hope you choose to call Lilia Waikiki home, but do it quick rumors are we are almost full!

Just 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach. The Lilia is square in the middle of Waikiki ... and just about everything is walking distance. There are bus stops nearby (Oahu has a fantastic public transit system) and street parking is about a block away on the Ala Wai. There are two stores being built nearby... a Target and a FoodLand, so shopping will be very easy. If you want to downsize your life and work from home (like I do), then you don't really need a car. Most everything I need is walking distance. Because it's Waikiki, an Uber is always nearby or there's The Bus. I'm happy with the work-from-home options in the building like the workspace off the lobby or on the 9th floor rec deck. The options keeps my days varied as I work through the day. There's also some rooms I can reserve if I need to meet with someone. Bottom line: I'm very happy with my decision to move to Waikiki.

I had the pleasure of touring this place today with Ari, one of the leasing consultants. She was so incredibly sweet, respectful, and gracious. The front desk staff (Michael), the maintenance staff and residents I saw in passing, were all friendly. I also noticed the staff is quite diverse, which I appreciate. This place is really nice! The views on the higher floors (to clear other buildings) have gorgeous floor-to-ceiling city and island/ocean views. The amenities are on par with other luxury complexes, and the interiors are very modern/European in design. The community spaces are beautiful. A nice touch is the upscale grocery store accessible from the second floor. They also have dry cleaning/concierge services and refrigerated grocery drop-off. It is a bit more expensive relative to other upscale apartments with nice views, but seems to be the best overall complex in the area.

[ ] My partner and I have decided to move to Honolulu and was looking to purchase a condo. Decided to stay in a hotel for about a month until we found a place. After our second day I came across an oasis in the middle of Waikiki. It was the Lilia Luxury Apartments. I was first greeted by the concierge Bruce. He was welcoming and professional. He invited me into the lobby space and offered me some water while I waited to speak to a leasing consultant. Bruce introduced me to Korey Wermager (leasing consultant) and I knew the minute I met her that we would be lifelong friends. Korey took her time and walked me through the complex including several different units and answered all my questions. Korey was patient, professional and knows the system well. After my unannounced tour I immediately told my partner about my experience. We decided to stop by the next day to speak to Korey but it was her day off. Stopped by the next day and was greeted again by Bruce. I introduced him to my partner and he invited us to the lobby space once again. Korey showed us several units and went over some paperwork and yes we have signed a one year lease and moving in September 6th. Korey Wermager and the staff are absolutely delightful and made us feel at home. After living at the Lilia Waikiki for one year I must mention the professionalism and knowledge of the system from (assistant property manager) Tanya Street. Tanya always made me feel that her door was always open for me if I had any issues with anything and she’s a great listener. Tanya Street makes you feel like family. I can’t thank you enough for all of your help. You...

Update 5/25: We lived in this building for a little under 2 years and overall it was a great experience. The people who work here are what really makes it special. Casey at the front desk was always so friendly and kind and he helped me out on more than a few occasions. Micah is also great and extremely helpful. When we were moving out we ended up missing our flight and Brandon was amazing at making sure we could get our pets back into the apartment for an extra night which saved us SO many headaches. Much appreciation to all the wonderful staff here for everything they do. 8/23: We just moved into this building. The lease and move-in experience were really great - we were living in Florida prior and Korey walked us through the process (including the MANY times she had to re-send links to me that had expired...) and was always very kind and helpful. When we got here we needed to change our move in date with little notice and Korey and Ari managed to get us into our new place within a few days which I know was not easy! Since moving in I have been enjoying the facilities (awesome pool, solid gym etc) and have also found the concierges up front (Rob, Brandon and John particularly) so helpful during the move-in process. The apartment is great, too!! Pretty much exactly as represented on the website. We have needed a few repairs done and they have always been done quickly when requested. Aaron stopped by 2 days in a row to fix an outlet and the door lock and he was very nice and quickly...
