Our family had an absolutely fantastic experience with WanHawaii! From the very beginning, their team was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to understand my preferences and designed a perfectly tailored itinerary that was suitable for our big family with seniors and young kids. Every detail- from airport pickup , accommodations and booking tickets to guided tours and local experiences was handled seamlessly. They guided us around the island and made sure we saw all the most famous and spectacular spots. Ever stop was perfectly planned.

Won't recommend. My parents had a 6 day trip in Hawaii with WanHawaii, and I'm very sorry to hear that they didn't had a very pleasant experience. They had to wait 20 minutes at the airport despite the plane arriving on time. They was also immediately bombarded with numerous optional activities after long hours of flight, which only add to the fatigue and really isn't a considerable act given they only want to rest. My parents' one-week trip to Hawaii has ended, and they were very satisfied with the warm service from WanHawaii. The activities tailored for seniors were fulfilling without being tiring. The tour guide was diligent and responsible every day. My mother lost her phone due to personal reasons, and the tour guide helped by making calls to contact the places they had visited for two consecutive days.
