Cute ornaments but very bad experience from staff. Will not return to this store again. Please be aware that if you purchase an ornament, and if you missed a defect when purchasing - YOU WON’T be helped. The blonde lady in a mask let me know that “they are a small business, and I need to buy my own glue gun if I want to fix anything”. They didn’t want to deal with me and were trying their best to send me away offering 0 help.
We did order a few custom pieces, the lettering was beautiful (kudos to the woman doing the lettering). We bought three separate gifts, and they refused to give us three separate bags. We spend over $70 and they are so cheap they won’t give you a bag per ornament. “We cannot do that” is what they say. So much money spent but customer service is not their concern.
Staff was whispering to each other (seemed mad/upset). Overall very bad staff (minus the blonde guy and the person who did the lettering who helped and were kind).
I would avoid this store at all costs and go elsewhere. No one will help you here, the staff is rude and not empathetic. There is no “Mele” here.

I hesitated to write this, but decided to share my experience so that it may help improve service quality. An elderly lady who served us quickly put on a mask when my partner coughed slightly and asked if he had a bad virus. I explained that he has asthma, and she replied, “Okay, because I couldn’t take a vaccine.” This comment felt inappropriate and unprofessional, and it made us uncomfortable. My partner is Asian, and although he immediately put on a mask, her reaction seemed unnecessary and discourteous. The next day, when I came to pick up our items at the scheduled time, I had to wait for about 30 minutes. When I asked about the delay, she said the staff couldn’t find the box. During that time, she served other customers before completing my order. A simple apology for the delay would have been appreciated.

Read moreI love Christmas!!! Our company trains agencies around the USA. Everywhere we go we buy a themed or personalized Christmas ornament so that at the end of the year as we decorate the tree, we can recall our blessings of provision by God and remember the lovely places we visited.
I am absolutely thrilled with the ornament and the personalization. The service was quick enough for having it personalized. Such a cool ornament.
However, the service wasn't very friendly. When I was leaving with my ornaments, I wished the two ladies a blessed day. The one didn't acknowledge me and the other went, "mmm-hmmm."
What is that? I think maybe I need to open up a customer service training course. 😆
