Edit: I was contacted by the owner and refunded….they asked me to remove my review but I could not in good conscience do so.

I never write reviews like this but idk I really want to warn people…..if I could give 0 stars I would…..I would not recommend this location…..It appears they have a running ploy saying the card payment system is down (someone previously posted the same thing 2 months ago)….They have an ATM outside to use of course but it’s very sketchy and I honestly should have stopped there….but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt….I’ll be watching my bank statements closely….Then I went in for my 90 minute massage….and it was awful…worst massage I’ve ever had….the stations are all on top of each other and not private in the slightest….because of this I wanted to remain more clothed than I normally would for a massage…but was pressured to remove more and more articles of clothing….another red flag and I really should’ve stopped here…..then the woman basically started pounding on my back…..no check-ins for which areas to be mindful of or what I wanted to focus on or what pressure I wanted…all very standard questions and practices in a spa…..She also tried sliding in more services in the middle of my service….highly unprofessional and not a standard practice in a spa….I truly regret staying but I was completely vulnerable and didn’t want to be rude….The woman also disappeared without notice multiple times during my session….wishing I had gotten up and run then…Please, do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate spa spend the extra money it will be worth it because you’ll be safer and come out with less pain (my upper back hurts so bad right now from the pounding I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it...

*EDIT TO ADD:

Owner reached out to me via text asking me to take my review down. I’m wondering how many other bad reviews are removed using bribery and how many of the positive reviews are fake. I will not take a refund as my issues with the spa aren’t with the quality of services, but the business practices. I won’t compromise my integrity and remove this review for $130.

I’d avoid this place if at all possible.*

I have no idea how this place is 4.8 stars. Things you should know prior to booking:

Each massage “room” is simply a flat bed separated by a curtain. You can easily touch your neighbor’s bed while you’re laying down. The masseuse in the other room bumped into me multiple times.

They will try and up-sell you hot stones for $20 DURING your massage.

If you select the 60 minute body and 30 minute foot massage, they might stop after your 60 minute body massage, have you get up, get dressed, and move to the lobby for your foot massage portion. This happened to my friend. They wanted her bed for a couple who walked in. I know that’s not standard practice for that service because I was not bumped out after 60 minutes.

You can hear EVERYTHING as your massage “room” is about 20 feet from the lobby and everything is completely open.

There is no space to get dressed in your “room”.

I really hope the owner doesn’t respond here. Every one of their responses is a carbon copy of what looks like ChatGPT. All of these concerns have been brought up before and nothing has changed.

Please read this before booking so you know what to expect:

This is a budget massage, which I was not aware of. Think of “fast food” (this place) vs “Restaurant” (normal massage places or spa’s). That is fine, but the reviews led me to believe this place was good. My wife and I also made a reservation a week in advance and they confirmed with me twice over text throughout the week. We got there slightly early for our reservation, and they still had us wait 30 minutes because they also take walk ins apparently?

Next, they brought my wife back first even though we scheduled a couples massage and also gave her a male when we booked two women as a request. Then, they had me wait 30 minutes in the lobby and my wife sat in her room after she told them she’d like a female. Now, hoping the massage would at least be decent, it was by far, no question, the worst massage we’ve ever had and this is not an exaggeration. At least for what we paid ($300 including tip for a 90 minute massage). My wife and I both would have been fine cutting the massage short. My wife was left with a bad headache after. One reason was because the massage itself was painful and uncomfortable at times. Im not sure if these are trained professionals.

During the massage they switched people with my wife and I (not sure why). You also will be pretty exposed, it never felt unsafe by any means but most of your back end will be out in the open and curtains are sheer (just so you’re aware).

If you don’t want to take our word for it, please please please read the other...

Disappointing :-( I booked a massage hoping to alleviate neck and back pain after a long flight to Hawaii. Booking process was straightforward, and I explained my problem areas to the masseuse. Unfortunately, midway through, I realised I wasn't getting the attention I needed. I even opted for a $20 hot stone upgrade, hoping it would help, but ultimately received a generic, superficial massage that didn’t address my pain points. Communication seemed to be a barrier, as my masseuse spoke very little English, and there were clear misunderstandings about my needs. To make matters worse, the masseuse appeared to be unwell, sniffling constantly during the session, which was both off-putting and concerning for hygiene. Thankfully, I didn’t catch his cold, but it’s not a situation clients should face. Additionally, the business is cash-only, which wasn’t communicated during booking. I was frogmarched to an ATM to withdraw cash after my session—something that could have easily been avoided with upfront information. Unfortunately, my neck and back pain persisted through my vacation, leaving me disappointed with the overall experience.

I just got the best massage ever! I'm really picky because I used to work at a fancy spa. But when I peeked into this new massage place, I could see it was super clean and had lots of staff. The only thing different was they didn't have separate rooms, just curtains. But that didn't bother me. The lady who massaged me was small but really strong. She knew exactly where I was hurting without me saying anything. My legs were sore from being a bridesmaid for 12 hours the night before, but her massage made them feel much better. I asked for hot stones, and they were great at relaxing me. I'm definitely coming back before my vacation ends. I'd give it a perfect 10/10 and recommend it to everyone. Oh, and just so you know, I paid $88 for a 60-minute deep tissue with hot stones (+$20) and tipped $40 because my massage therapist was amazing.
