Cannabis products are fine, if a bit pricey compared to other HR dispensaries.

Purchased a dry herb vape last Friday. Didn’t function properly. Brought it in yesterday (Wed, so 5 days later) and recognized the clerk who sold it to us. I said we were in here Friday and bought this and he said yeah I remember.

Now admittedly I had lost the receipt. But we agreed it had been purchased there and the unit was back in the box undamaged with all parts intact. I was willing (since I had no receipt) to accept store credit instead of a refund.

I was denied either. Suddenly despite remembering, the lack of a receipt made it somehow impossible to return or even receive a credit for. He said “I don’t even know if our vendor would take this back,” which isn’t really my problem, maybe use better vendors for your products.

Let’s say the unit cost then $40 and I bought it for $60. Then I use that on store credit, let’s say that total also cost the store $40. They would have come out down 20 bucks ($40 free merch - the $20 profit on the vape unit). So what that means is they lost a customer for $20.

You can’t return flower or edibles or actual THC products, I fully get that. I wouldn’t even try. But accessories are not like that. Everybody does returns on vape batteries, for...

I’ve been getting my bud from this shop since they first opened, much thanks to OG budtenders Matt and Robert, very authentic and patient fellas who take pleasure in getting people the results they want from their cannabis — and charmingly goody weed nerds who probably are more excited about you getting dank weed than you are.

Recently, the shop has undergone a change of ownership and a major branding overhaul, but has preserved the original vibe and intent of the shop: the best local weed with the cleanest karma at the most reasonable possible prices. The new owners have really got the arteries of the business pumping without losing much of the intimacy of the experience.

I had kind of a weird experience here.

I stopped by to pick up some of my usual products from a favorite local company. The budtender called that product "garbage" and tried to direct me towards another that I was already familiar with, highlighting the fact that it was stronger and therefore better. When I pointed out that I was already familiar with it, and that the weaker dosage of my choice was actually a perk for my preferences, the budtender continued to disparage my choice of product while saying that he wouldn't expect someone who takes such a low dosage to know what they're talking about.

I've been partaking in cannabis products more than half the time I've been alive (I'm 30) and used to take inchlong dabs daily, I just don't feel the need to get domed out of my mind anymore.
