I went to the oak lawn Blvd Starbucks location and it was a bad experience. I ordered two venti cafee mochas with two pumps of mocha. Like I do everyday all over the country and it wasnt made right, it's was to much mocha. Then I ordered two iced caramel macchiato in the same order but did not receive that. I got two iced mochas . I asked them what the drinks were and they said that's what you ordered. I said no it's not I ask for two iced caramel macchiatos. So there response was oh so you want an Carmel macchiato. I said yes iced just like I ordered. I asked them to remake it and they did . When I walked inside to pick up my drinks I said thank you . They turned their back to me and never even responded to me. As I walked in the store they we're talking out load about my order saying that's not what I ordered. And then getting ignored after saying thanks. I order 4 to 6 coffees from Starbucks everyday . Read moreFor the most part I have always loved this Starbucks, they get my order just right, and only a couple times have I felt they over charged me but always made up for it. I’m not one of those insane customers that want something for free, but it was crazy how they wanted me to run my card twice sometimes because “sugar free” is more just for their register but not all the other times I’ve been there. There is like one or two employees who are kinda rude or mean when I come in, but the others are definitely amazing and deserve the credit!! I gave it four stars for the pros and cons. I feel like he’s trying to accuse me of lying. I ask his name, he says he doesn’t feel comfortable telling me his name over the phone? Lmao what?? Yet claims he’s the supervisor. It’s Saturday, June 8th at 3:00pm. Not sure why he was afraid to tell me his name but yeah he doesn’t need to be working with people. He is rude.
