the review below is not the experience I had this time this was much better I think the girl's name was Ikea ...but she was a very polite very friendly they were very very very fast and I told her I had to do a different review than the one I did a few months ago cuz I was so angry that night but that was nothing like this experience so changing from a one to a five

By far the rudess taco Bell on the earth people at the window just have no customer service skills at all
I'm writing this on 724/20 early in the morning
I just called a manager and told them about the rudeness of the person serving at the window " I didn't pay for all that attitude " is what I told her
if you look at my post I posted often about restaurants and most of my post are very generous because people try hard and they work hard and they deserve to be treated kindly but so does the customer
I say they shut the place down the personalities of the workers it's just so rude I don't know who's doing the hiring but they need to check themselves because this is ridiculous and they are just so nasty all of them
rude ridiculous inconsiderate and they don't like to put fire sauce in the bag
if anyone says that this is a good taco Bell you need to go back and look at the other things they've done in the profile because this is not a good taco Bell I think they are doing it for themselves because they are not a three-point whatever they are horrible they are a 0
I don't know what the girl's name was at the window I think it was shanaynay from Martin... But at least the manager was nice about it when I called... Because the experience is so infuriating that you're going to have to call or just take the disrespect

Read moreThere's nothing more annoying than a random person in a position of power who decides to use it, just because they can. I went to this location, through the drive thru to get lunch. Part of my order was wrong. I called and spoke to a manager who said she'd remake the entire order. It was 3 small items that totalled just under $12. The wrong item was a beef burrito. I'm allergic to beef. Thank God I didn't have an allergic reaction to consuming part of the burrito before I realized that it was beef... Which makes me wonder altogether about that product. I went back today to have my order remade. The manager on duty (I wish I had gotten her name) decided that she wasn't going to remake the entire order. When you mess someone's order up and take total accountability, that's awesome customer service. When a weak person decides to insert the little bit of power that they have and goes against their manager, well that's just dumb. I think what gets lost in things like this is fact that people are hungry at their time of purchase, and the time it takes to go back to even get something corrected, let alone the fact that I only could eat what was left on my order because I had to go back to work. This unfortunately nameless manager caused a negative Google review due to her ego and need to impose her authority. She could have easily called the store manager who told me that my order would be remade. She chose not to. She also brought me the portion of my remade order without even letting know her decision to not remake my entire order. So of course by then, I was extremely unhappy with her and the establishment. I ate at this location this morning for breakfast. This afternoon I had a whole different experience and now have an entirely different opinion of the location. I don't know who it is I think it's been like 2 years since I drop by here but boy have they improve somebody told me they had improved cuz I was still wondering why they were still open but now my order which was $28 felt like $40 worth of food and a lot of great service the woman at the window was really nice unlike the girl who made me lose it last time
This was last night July the 1st or the second I don't know but the lady was really sweet and I told her that I thought I would never come back to this one but I was hungry and it was worth it when I left I opened my package I felt like I got my money's worth and she and her warmness made me feel like hey this is pretty good for a fast food Taco Bell
