The food was great!! The waitress was great!! We did not have a good place to sit away from the loud music. After a few minutes, they sat us in a private room to the side. Then, they came again and said we have a place for you now. We were moved again to a booth in the main area. We finally got our drinks and food one thing at a time. When the bill came, I asked for a senior discount. The waitress said that we cannot do that but she would take a sweet tea off our order. I said okay. It was just me and my wife. 2 people!! When I got my bill, I noticed a gratuity amount on my bill. We are not used to an automatic gratuity here in Horn Lake for 2 people. They said that it was posted up front. We said that we did not see that. We went up front to pay. They took the gratuity off and re added the sweet tea. I still tipped the waitress because this is not her fault. My bill ended up about the same amount. Anyway, just after getting in my vehicle I saw a lady come out and add something to the sign outside the door. I got back out and looked. It was a note about the gratuity that they claimed was already there when it was not. Thanks for the great food and service. I would love to see this DJ play a mixture of music. Not just one...

AKITA'S IS BETTER if you're in the area. Nagoya House, Tokyo Grill, and Nagaski Inn are all great places if youre willing to drive. Terrible Service. We got here at 7:15 with a group of people(around 15). As the time went on, about 2/3 of everyone at our table had their food. My food(along with my young daughter and a couple of more people food) didn't come out until 8:45. All i kept hearing from the waiter was that she didnt know what happened and alot of people ordered steak fried rice tonight. Around 8:30, everyone at our table was grabbing their to go plates while we were still waiting. Everyone around us that had arrived after us was eating as well. The waiter even gave us our tickets before we got our food. As soon as we got our food, it was time for us to go. No discount or anything was offered(not that I was looking for it), but the service was absolutely terrible. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS...
