I do not frequent this location often but each time,I have an issue. MARCH 7,2025 around 8am-820am I went to the drive thru and placed my order. I was asked to repeat and did so and even asked the guy if he was sure he put my order in as a chicken biscuit on the blueberry bo biscuit. He said yes ma'am. 🙄 I get to the window to pay, the lady was really nice at the window by the way, and then asked to pull to the curbside spot and my order will be brought out to me. I wait maybe 8 minutes then a guy comes out with my order and I say wait, my chicken biscuit isn't on the blueberry biscuit that I ordered at the speaker. He proceeded to say ok let me go in and get you one. He comes back out and says "Oh, they said what's on the receipt is what you get". Then he tells me the guy taking the orders is new. So you're telling me the new guy can't make mistakes? I'm telling you my order wrong and now I have to go inside. Going inside was pretty ironic because I had just hung up the phone with a coworker joking to her about how I hope nothing goes wrong today so I won't have to go inside. NOPE. So I go inside, get asked to see my receipt for a second time, the guy that came outside to bring my food and already took my receipt back inside to show them. The lady at the counter proceeds to ask me for my biscuit back and switches the biscuit. In my other experiences at other establishments, I'm use to a manager coming to apologize, tell me to keep what I have, then proceed to make what I initially asked for. This was not the case here at all. I didn't get an apology and just a biscuit swap. I honestly hate making bad reviews but this happens too often for me not to say anything. This is my 3rd time over the course of maybe 4 months that I've ordered at the drive thru, was told to pull up or to a designated spot, then still had to go inside because something in my order was wrong. Read moreI have visited this location many times since it has been open in horn lake and always had a great experience, but this particular night 2/29 around 7:15pm me and my dtr visited after she left gymnastics to get a quick bite to eat, she wanted chick fila, but I said no let’s try bojangles, we should have just bypassed it. The customer service was bad, I spoke with two managers no name tags so I had to ask names one said why do you need my name and finally gave her name as gabby and one was just rude, disrespectful and no regard that I was a customer with a nine year old in the car. My daughter said mom I never want to eat there again they were so rude. I had said thank you on the speaker to the manager who the staff reported name was Sha and she ignored me when I asked her about it the window she stated “ you talking to me like I’m slow so I don’t have to say thank you and walked away” I told them I wouldn’t leave until I had her name the staff stated Sha Johnson and invited gabby to the window I asked gabby what was going on with the customer service and she never apologized just laughed in my face and tried to rush me off. I asked for her name she said why I explained to her that if she’s the manager and a customer ask for your name I have never heard of a manager stating why again never apologized just ignored me the staff all laughed the other manager never returned it was just something I’ve never seen before at this location my daughter said they use to be so nice I agree something changed but to sum it up customer service is important to me and treating people right in general gabby what respect would your staff have for you if they see you treating a customer like that. Read moreDelicious 😋...I visited the one in Southaven for the first time on Halloween Day, and it was a line-up of cars at their drive-thru. It was busy, busy, busy so much so, that Goodman Road was getting congested in the far right lane because it seemed like every motorist was trying to get to Bojangles☺️ The only issue I had was that they did not make my chicken sandwich a club with the cheese and bacon added like I had ordered and paid extra for in the drive-thru. So, I had to hurry up and call the number on the receipt and spoke to an employee named Helen about their mistake. She apologized and reassured me that they would correct this mistake. I let her know that since their drive-thru was congested with vehicles, I didn't feel it would be fair for me to have to get back in line. And, of course, she said to just come up to the back door, which I did. And they made it fresh for me with all the ingredients. One of the employees who was putting my freshly made sandwich back in my bag did not replace my fries. They were cold for having to come back and get my sandwich remade. So, I asked her if I could have fresh fries, too, for my troubles. It only seemed fair, I thought. Of course, she realized that would make everything right and immediately got me a fresh order of fries as well. And they were delicious 😋 Overall, I highly recommend this place and I will be going back.
