Ordered a medium hamburger at Iron Hill Brewery received a raw burger not once but twice. I ordered a chicken sandwich with a salad and it was cooked correctly but by the time I received it my wife was finished her salid. As for the staff, I was asked by the waiter "Was everything OK." I told him no the meat was raw He replied "the center is pink." I replied, "no it was RAW". His response, "OH" as the blood ran out of the berger. He left with the plate and said he would get another berger. A manager type came up and apologized and said " one out of two (meals) isn't bad". Not funny. After 10 minutes the server returned with a second berger. Dropped off and started to walk away. I opened it up and it was very pink not much better. Called him back. He took it back and another Manager appeared, apologized and asked what he could do. That's when I ordered chicken. They picked up the tab for the chicken. Recommendations find another restaurant. I have been a customer of Chico's and Soma for a long while. I visited the store last week (5/21) and the customer service was the worst I"ve ever experienced I was the only customer in the store and was never greeted by the employee (tall Caucasian woman with dark hair) working. Even while I was looking around, she physically walked past me to do something in the back of the store and still never said a word to me. I would like to think that it's not a racial thing however, I can't take it any other way. I can assure you that I can afford any and everything that''s sold in that store. I certainly wouldn't buy anything given the poor customer service.

I then visited Soma a few doors down and the difference in the service was like night and day. I doubt I ever visit that...

There is something very special about this Chicos. I’m serious. Whenever I come into this store I am greeted as if I am family. All of the ladies are wonderful however I would like to acknowledge both Jessica and Justine. Recently our family experienced a devastating house fire and I went to Chicos to replenish my clothes. They were so kind, compassionate and helpful as I was still very raw from the event. The culture of that store is head and shoulders above the rest and that is because of the people there.
