I’ll start this review with the fact that the establishment was able to rectify my situation by offering reimbursement of the money I spent (even though, they shared with me that they did not get reimbursed by their 3rd party vendor - this is the downside to outsourcing; they no longer have to employ delivery drivers which if they messed up they would have to reimburse customers anyway, so this is really a customary solution, but I was made to feel bad about), however I want to just share that perhaps they need to reconsider customer service training. I called to let them know that we discovered our pizza had been delivered 50 minutes late and placed on the floor of the vestibule outside of our event. We hadn’t realized it had even arrived until we went to leave. I placed the order on November 3 and our event was November 8. I unfortunately had not had a chance to call until November 13. Full disclosure - I had out of town guests, I’m dealing with and visiting my father in an inpatient rehab facility post stroke, yada yada. The manager kept inferring how challenging it was because of the amount of time that went by; ‘ almost a week…’, ‘ Most people call the next day…’ As much as I recognize that would be ideal, I unfortunately had other pressing things and was hoping they could assist me now. It wasn’t disclosed anywhere that there was this policy and I thanked her for clarifying for me for future awareness. By the end of our exchange, I was very put off by the amount of times the manager felt the need to repeat the side comments. I graciously acknowledged that I understood and tried to assist with providing order numbers and context to help and it became increasingly difficult to maintain civility. In the end, I’m happy that they were able to reimburse me, I just felt I needed to share my experience as I was sitting here feeling put off by the exchange and felt it wasn’t necessary given it’s a service industry manager that should know better.

I was so excited to find a local pizza place with vegan cheese and meats on the menu! The food tasted amazing and was obviously fresh. They use Daiya cheese and Beyond meat. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what can and cannot be made vegan. Pictured is the vegan version of "Kim's pie".

This was a good fresh healthy pizza. The personal size was more than enough, I would have liked to see maybe Miyoko's vegan liquid mozzarella instead of the Daiya which sometimes feels a little sticky. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back.

My wife and I love Jules and were so excited to find out there was one located closer to us other than the Doylestown & Jenkintown location. Both stores always have plenty of options for a quick easy lunch ! Every time we have tried to visit the North Wales location the staff have been not very friendly & had no pies out , most recently we had asked if more were being made they had just simply said no. It was 2:00 in the afternoon. Then told us we missed the lunch rush. My wife and I looked at each other and said so you're not making anymore pizza ? They said not for a little while but if you want to order a whole pie we could wait 20/25 mins for it . We walked out. We saw another couple come in as we were leaving who asked the same exact thing " where's all the pizza ? " They turned around and walked out behind us . Part of the Jules experience is seeing all of the fresh the variety & having a slice , not being told nothing is being made unless you order a...

We came in for a quick bite in the late lunch hour. It was cool to see such a selection of pies that we could order by the slice. I can say I honestly still don't quite get what is considered a slice, however, we got a sampler that allowed us to try 4 decent size pieces of different pies (which translated to two slices).

The quality of the pies was solid. It won't be the best pizza of your life, but it will satisfy your hunger. The ingredients were very fresh. I loved the one with pickles on top, although I cannot remember the name. Keep in mind they are thin crust.

Service was great. They walked us through the options and ordering process, got our pieces sliced and heated quickly, and ensured we enjoyed our meal.

Net, I'll call this visit a success. I can see heading back that way for another quick bite. I'd recommend you...
