I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am looking to get an old whirlpool/Jacuzzi bathtub replaced in the house we just bought, and it's turned out to be quite the nightmare. The area it's in was custom built and several contractors told me that I'd have to rip out the entire area and have a whole bathroom remodel for it to look right. I also was never given explanation on why. I walked into bath planet and told them my situation, they immediately set me up with a consult and came out within just a few days. They sent Jake, who showed up with a game plan based on pics they had seen of the area, and who then proceeded to take every measurement and gather any info he may need. Since my area is custom size, Jake explained to me the tub i was wanting wouldn't fit without tearing out the wall and building a new structure based on height difference in the tub. Seeing as I really did not want to tear that area up (it was a selling point of our house when we bought it), he and the owner Nicole spent about an hour helping me search online for a tub that would fit. Nicole even went out of her way to help me pick a specialty faucet to go with it to be the closet thing to what I currently have. I KNOW they cared about my project and helping us out because of all their efforts to make this happen. I am beyond grateful I found their company, I'm saving 10s of thousands of dollars because they had the patience to work with me instead of saying "yep you need to gut it and start over". First of all, this was absolutely the best experience we've ever had from any contractor....Period! Everyone from the salesman to the office personnel to the installers were very professional and personable. Our bathroom was a falling apart nightmare caused by some other company in Little Rock only 4 years before we bought our house. This job was WAY to big and out of my league, so we had to find another company that could do it right. Honestly, because of that other company we were a little apprehensive when we first contacted Bath Planet. But, all that anxiety was quickly and happily put to rest when the Bath Planet salesman came to our home. Every single step from selecting all the furnishings to the completion of our shower/tub was carefully explained and (One of the best parts) Guaranteed. I'm telling you, I had No Worries after our meeting and I have no worries now. So, my wife and I would like to sincerely thank all the folks at Bath Planet for our new beautiful bathroom. They use quality product and it’s functional. The construction is we’re the problem lies. They used plywood to construct the shower in a high moisture area. I talked to owner, she says it’s fine it’s not going to leak. I pointed out the two panels that was siliconed together. She said “ that it’s pretty and I’m complaining” I asked her to warranty the whole project. Not just the panels on wall. What she installed in my walls. If she’s so confidant her product is water tight. I don’t see the problem.

So I went onto shower door. The the floor pan was installed unlevel. Causing a gap were door meets the wall, which was filled in with silicone. Also the door was a right hand door when I told the two salesman I wanted a left hand door. The owners response “ I can give you another door at up price 1300 dollars or reverse the door and sign a statement voiding warranty.”

They took a quality product and did an installation that is highly questionable on my project.
