My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Reserve at Hot Springs in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to celebrate both our babymoon and my birthday weekend. We chose the Enclave Suite for our stay, and it exceeded all our expectations.

Enclave Suite Experience

The Enclave Suite is a luxurious two-level retreat with a private entrance, offering the perfect blend of privacy and comfort. The spacious living area downstairs, adorned with a large fireplace, plush couches, and soft seating chairs, provided an ideal space to relax and even catch up on some work. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings truly made it feel like a home away from home.

Upstairs, the king bed in the loft was incredibly comfortable, complemented by high-quality linens that ensured restful nights. One of the suite's standout features was the expansive copper soaking tub. I indulged in multiple relaxing baths, finding it to be a perfect way to unwind. The bathroom also boasted a two-person rain shower with body sprayers and a rainfall feature, adding to the spa-like experience.

The suite's two fireplaces added a cozy ambiance, perfect for the cool evenings. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchenette, where the staff thoughtfully kept our favorite water and snacks replenished throughout our stay. These small touches made us feel truly valued as guests.

Culinary Delights

Opting for the breakfast package was a decision we did not regret. Each morning, we were treated to a delectable three-course breakfast that tasted both fresh and homemade. The biscuits paired with olive oil were particularly memorable. The culinary team's dedication to quality and flavor was evident in every bite.

Impeccable Service and Amenities

The Reserve's property is both gorgeous and meticulously maintained. We enjoyed strolling through the beautiful gardens and relaxing in the various common areas. The extra pantry area inside the main house was a delightful surprise, allowing us to grab snacks or drinks at our convenience.

Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The communication was seamless, primarily conducted via text messages that were promptly answered by real people, not automated responses. This level of personalized service enhanced our overall experience.

Final Thoughts

Our stay at The Reserve at Hot Springs was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, attentive service, and thoughtful amenities made our special weekend unforgettable. We highly recommend The Reserve to anyone seeking a memorable getaway in...

It's kinda hard to describe the experience of staying at The Reserve in Hot Springs without pictures, sounds, smells, and tastes that are related. I don't normally write reviews either, but I had to this time.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights celebrating our anniversary. It was a last minute trip and I honestly booked it based purely on the positive reviews I read online in about five minutes of reading. I assumed like most places in a tourist oriented destination that the reviews had been somewhat gamed or manipulated by a savvy business owner, but I was wrong this time. We were totally unprepared for what a truly amazing experience this was.

This is a family run business (the McMurry's) ... and they are a truly obsessed and detail-oriented family. They must love this place, because there is no other explanation for the level of care put into every little aspect of the property and our stay there.

I don't want to give away everything, but here are some brief examples: Everywhere you go in the buildings and rooms it smells great Stocked kitchen with food and snacks for visitors to use as needed All furnishings and architecture are truly remarkable We could control the temp in our room and actually feel the difference One of the nicest bathrooms of any room we've ever stayed in TV's with streaming capabilities and already signed in Text messaging for all communications and requests --- so so easy The most epic landscaping and gardening you'll ever see Gated property with codes to access ... which felt very secure Everything we touched or looked at was really and truly actually clean Fan in the bedroom that we could plug in and move around as we desired Coffee delivered to our door in the morning The best 3 course breakfasts we can remember having anywhere Dessert each night before bedtime ... and so much more ...

So, if you are planning a small getaway trip with your significant other or a wedding or event for your business, this is it. You don't have to look elsewhere.

We have stayed in many of the nicest properties in the country and this little place in Hot Springs AR has them all beat. It's the summation of all the details that add up to a one of a...

If only there was an option to give them 10 stars, I would! Let me begin by saying that I typically stay at the Four Seasons or St. Regis in my travels; however, The Reserve provided an experience unlike any other! No detail is overlooked at this gorgeous mansion. From the moment you pull up to the gate, you find yourself enchanted by the beauty of the grounds. As if an impeccably restored and beautifully decorated mansion wasn’t impressive enough, you are rendered speechless by the Garden of Eden that surrounds the mansion. Just as you attempt to take in all of this estate’s beauty, you’re greeted at the door by Katelyn who, by far, is the most gracious hostess we’ve ever met and a beautiful person inside and out! Her smile will melt your heart, as she immediately makes you feel right at home. As if that wasn’t enough, you find DELICIOUS homemade cupcakes and a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for you in your room. The Butler’s Pantry is always stocked with snacks and beverages, and the freshly baked cookies that are left there for the guests to enjoy are amazing! If you see lemon cookies there, grab one - you won’t regret it! Now, as for the three-course gourmet breakfast…There are no words to describe how incredibly delicious their creations are! Nathan, Katelyn’s husband, surprises you with jaw-dropping first course. Their Master Chef prepares the entree that will rock your world, and Rhonda, one of the owners, will send your tastebuds over the moon with her dessert masterpieces. Meeting the owners, Rhonda and Mark, and their son Nathan and daughter-in-law Katelyn makes you feel like a part of the family. They all genuinely want you to have a spectacular experience, and they exceed all expectations! You will fall in love with the mansion, the grounds, and, most importantly, the wonderful family that made this a reality! We will, without a doubt, be back, and we’ll bring our...

Let me share a secret with you. This luxury bed and breakfast in Hot Springs is the ultimate little getaway. @reservehotsprings is the most dreamy, beautiful, relaxing and wonderful wedding venue and bed and breakfast. My favorite feature: if you choose the breakfast add on the chef can accommodate for food allergies as well! They have a butler’s pantry fully stocked that’s also open to guests all night. It’s a little peace of paradise tucked away in an unexpected spot. This room is the Arlington Suite in the main house. @Visit Hot Springs #visithotsprings #arkansas #bedandbreakfast #luxuryhotel #traveltiktok

My husband I and recently held our wedding at The Reserve. The wedding and reception was held in the Conservatory, with cocktail hour on the first floor of the Brown House. We also rented out the Brown and Legacy House rooms for family and friends. The bed and breakfast experience exceeded all our expectations! All the rooms in the Brown and Legacy Houses, as well as the Enclave suite, were gorgeous and comfortable. Each room had a gorgeous, meticulously decorated Christmas tree, that went along with the décor in the room. Each guest was made to feel right at home upon arrival. The 3-course breakfast both days were amazing! I am still dreaming about the eggs benedict and apple pancakes! Mark and Rhonda were wonderful hosts! Without asking they made special accommodations for the children staying with us. Our guests enjoyed learning about the history of the house and the surrounding area from them. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of at all times. I especially appreciated the peppermint mocha and matcha latte delivered right to our suite the morning of the wedding! The entire property was beautiful and the use of the Conservatory for the wedding was truly magical! Our friends and family felt transported to a winter wonderland unlike any other! Throughout the planning process there were some issues with communication, however once on site, Katelyn and Chole were able to meet all our requests and answer all our questions. We look forward to our next opportunity to stay at The Reserve!

We spent 4 evenings at The Reserve at Hot Springs. The owners Mark and Rhonda served us breakfast the first morning and the conversations we had made us feel like we were part of the family. The 3 course breakfast they served us was beyond anything we were expecting. The chef Josh and the pastry chef Nathan also provided us breakfast for the other mornings as well. The first morning we had a strawberry soup, a chorizo meal from Mexico, and pancakes banana foster for the 3rd course. Seriously, this was the best breakfast we have ever eaten, followed by 3 other mornings with completely different selections, also beyond words. Truly the epitome of the perfect breakfast. The building itself was in perfect condition and was built i think in the late 1800s. The furniture and furnishings were also of the time period and the first impression kind of takes your breath away as you enter. The amenities including large screen smart tv, showers, beds and comfort level was perfect. Our hosts were Katlyn and Chloe during our stay who provided us with all the inside information we needed to make the best of Hot Springs. They provided us tools for the crystal dig and set everything up including packing a lunch prepared by the chef. They made our reservations at awesome restaurants, provided us an inhouse wine list, charcuterie board, chocolate strawberries, coffee at 7 am every morning. We can continue, but you get the idea. This BNB is the model for a perfect stay. Jim and Karen Richardson, Fredericksburg Texas.
