The Derby Inn — Hotel in Hot Springs

Good- super duper clean renovated cabin-esque rooms! Internet TV. Comfortable bed. Light snacks set out with coffee for "breakfast" (bagels and cream cheese with oranges) and friendly staff. Walking distance to waffle house.

Not as good- Tiny shower (but awesome water pressure ) AC was really loud and smelled funny...but cold! People were loud outside on balcony ...but were nice enough to tone it down at 11:30 when we were going to bed :)

All together probably the best price in hot springs for such clean rooms.

I paid $175 for two nights...

Beware. I stayed her Friday Night 6/27 at next to last room on bottom floor and got ate up with bed bugs. If someone would call me from location I'd appreciate it.

Took me & my kids there and seen a couple bed bugs . The manager was rude & if you late for check out you will get harassed witch everybody is a lil late when you had...
