Price Break Bargain Store — Local services in Hot Springs

My first experience at Hot Springs Price Break wasn't the best. Let me first say that I love places like this. Not everyone likes sifting through piles of unorganized returns but hey one man's trash is another man's treasure. That is the good, here is the not so good. After being there for about an hour; I witnessed, either the store manager or someone in authority, a middle aged man, walk up to a mother of a toddler and use condescending tones and sarcasm to, I suppose, let her know her child was too loud. Before this he was walking through the store yelling, "Who's child is that!?" Mind you the toddler was having outbursts off and on the whole time I was there but that is no excuse for the way he handled the situation. He was very loud and did it in such a way where he made a small scene and embarrassed the family. I also witnessed this same manager inform the customers, in a very unprofessional way, of the stores closing time except he added, "We all have lives too and would like to go home." I can't speak for others but it made me feel like the customers were seen as a burden and honestly like cattle being herded out the door. Seriously some of the most unprofessional mass treatment I've seen from any store owner, manager or employee EVER! As someone who works as a customer service manager I'm deeply annoyed at the lack of care and disrespect this worker displayed. Please Price Break of Hot...

This store used to be great. I loved it. Owned by two brothers but the. I am not sure what happened. Expanded to fast or one of the brothers got greedy?? Dunno. A lot of counterfeit items are coming in and they have to know they are. The HS manager since Abby left is horrible. There have been several staff tell family members where high value stuff is at in the past but now it’s just garbage from target that is coming in mostly specifically Dirt cheap. I used to work for dirt cheap. I know that ccr sticker anywhere the older brothers' girlfriends eBay store in the back corner is just wow really not even trying to hide that. Sadly, greed has taken over and it’s easy to spot. Just go look up Jon’s house and how much it is currently up for vs what he paid for it just last year.
