Everything was great. Sophia was absolutely fantastic...very kind, professional and personable! One very big con: I wish the dressing rooms were open. I'm sure you all could devise a way of sanitizing the dressing rooms after each use... your competitors have. It's definitely a challenge to purchase clothing when you're unable to try items on... don't get me wrong, I do understand the reasoning for the inconvenience, however, I'm positive the new regulations could be improved upon by upper-management. Read moreI just went into your hot springs store spend $260 bucks and was rushed out of the store. I would have spent more but your coordinator in the store Jennifer was completely rude to us. We had one more isle in the men's area and she blocked us and said you need to check out now. This is unexceptable as I too have been in retail and the customer is always right. We literally were rushed out by 7:03 and cash registers were being pulled as we literally walked out the door. I have a hard time swallowing this as a mom to 3 girls, the chances of us coming back are very slim. I expect a response as this is my first bad experience...
Read moreWell not great but decent for the money. T.J Maxx is one of several discount stores in Hot Springs and if you catch it right, they just may have what you are looking for. Everytime we visited T.J Maxx they were well picked over. Best time to go is on a friday when new merch is has been stocked for the weekend. We found kitchen items at about half of what they were priced at local grocery stores. Overall, T.J Maxx is perhaps the best discount store in Hot Springs, but maintaining more inventory to choose from would...
