Crumbl — Restaurant in Hot Springs

Came Friday, May 11 about 4:30pm. Door was locked. I could see employees in there, one was actually at the mixing machines. Another customer comes up, pulls on the door, and we both stand there waiting. A girl comes to the door, unlocks it, opens it enough to stick her head out, and then says “only cookie I have is pink velvet.” I then state, “that’s actually the cookie we were coming to get.” The other customer stated that she had an order of 70 choc chip cookies. The worker then again states “she only has pink velvet.” The lady tells her that she ordered them online earlier this week. The girl said it must be a catering order. Closes the door, locks it back, and walks away shaking her hands and obviously complaining about the customers. Rudest customer service I’ve seen in a while….like we were inconveniencing her. If you’ve run out of cookies, a simple note on the door would help. This was my go to for little “happies” for people, but I will not support...

I visited Crumbl on Saturday, May 25th, just before closing time, and was blown away by the taste and quality of the cookies - they were absolutely delicious! However, the service was a different story. The employees looked visibly annoyed that I came in just before closing, and seemed put out that they had to serve me. They barely cracked a smile, and their body language screamed "we don't want you here". To make matters worse, they used profanity in front of other customers, including children, which was really disappointing. It was like they were doing me a favor by selling me cookies. While the cookies were amazing, the unfriendly and unprofessional service left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their customer service skills and remember that customers are what keep them...
