My laptop's mother board failed and I was too busy to deal with it at the moment, so I brought it to this company to get fixed. They charged me $75 for "advanced diagnostics" which I accepted without thinking about it. Then the man I dropped the computer off with proceeded to condescend to me and disagreed with me on my own hardware requirements for my job. He had no idea what I did and assumed that I had no idea how to identify bottle necks in my own system, running programs I wrote. Once the "advanced diagnostics" where done (a week later than promised) they told me that my data could not be recovered due to bitlocker. My bitlocker pass code is stored in my windows account so that is actually a super easy problem to solve, not to mention that simple encryptions like bitlocker can be cracked. I ended up getting fed up with them, so I just took my computer back to fix it myself. I think this service is good if you know nothing about computers, but if you are capable of fixing your own computer this place is a waste of...

Brought my early 2013 Macbook Pro Retina to be serviced for a failing battery, password on file vault needed to be removed and stuck/dead pixels were around centre of screen.

They took close to two weeks before sending my machine back without the bottom of the case screwed on and said after running their tests they couldn't find any stuck/dead pixels. I had to wait another week to receive my screws and a screwdriver to come in the mail from the place. So close to 3 weeks without my machine.

I was charged close to $130.00 for piss poor service in my opinion and complained to Apple. Apple later serviced my machine, finding the obvious stuck pixels and replacing the monitor free of charge. It took only two days for Apple to fix and send me my machine back.
