Really impressed with the quality of service at this location. Three times now, they've been a huge help with the problems that have come up for us with a used car we recently purchased. First, they had the right battery in stock and when my husband and I realized we had to replace the battery. I visited another time while I happened to be on crutches, and they made the extra effort to be patient and kind with me and my child. Then yesterday, I returned again, alone; this time because one of the headlights was out. The store wasn't busy, and the male employee behind the cash register had compassion on me when he realized that I knew NOTHING about how to replace the bulb. He offered his assistance, and cheerfully helped me, not complaining at all about the hot day, or the hot engine melting the disposable gloves he was wearing. Adam's extensive knowledge and willingness to help have been invaluable. Whether I needed help with our 2004 jet ski, 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee or 2022 GMC Sierra Truck, Adam always had the answers. This AutoZone employs probably the greatest man to ever come out of Houghton County. Vincent Nutini is a national treasure, whose immense wisdom and generosity is felt by anyone who comes into the establishment. This is a man who genuinely wants to help people anyway he can and will go the extra mile to get you what you need. If you were to make a graph of people I've met with how much of an impact you would expect them to have on my life versus how much of an impact they actually had Vincent would be a major outliar.
