I'm thrilled to know about Beautopia and have friends to thank for referring me to this charming studio to see Ashley! I love this location in the heights and it's super easy to find. I've been twice and both times I've pulled in with ease and parked just steps away from the front porch. I hope you have an opportunity to experience this unique spa for yourself. It's lovely. Walking up to the door made me physically feel myself breath and decompress. The interior is modern and clean and I love that they kept the warm hardwood floors. They carry fabulous, skin care products and have a full menu of services to offer. My first appointment was a consultation that started with answering an appropriate and simple questionnaire on an iPad they provided. Ashley directly took me to a comfortable treatment room with relaxing spa music that smelled of lavender. She listened to my concerns and then explained what she could do for me without overselling. I have a huge appreciation for the way she customized my treatment plan with services that are making it possible for me to have the smooth, gorgeous, and glowing skin that I want in the areas that are important to me. She is clearly knowledgeable and experienced and I feel she has a genuine interest in helping her clients achieve their goals. I am now one week post completion of the first of three micro needling appointments and one photo facial. I could not be happier with the choices I've made with Ashley's help. Thank you Ashley! I have been coming to Beautopia for about 4 months now and I can't express how much it has changed my skin and confidence! I have struggled with acne for most of my teenage/adult life and have tried dermatologists, TikTok skin trends, online research and nothing has ever been that successful. During COVID while wearing masks, I suffered lots of breakouts around my mouth and chin which left several dark scars. I found Beautopia online and started off with an acne consultation with Ashley. We talked through my past skin history, what had worked, what hadn't and came up with a game plan moving forward to stop the breakouts and fade the scarring. After 4 months, I am so happy with the results and excited to keep healing my skin!! There is still some room to improve on a couple scars, but it is hardly noticeable anymore. I've also started getting complimented on my skin which is a first for me! For anyone interested in the services I had (I have combo oily/dry skin): acne facial in Aug., microneedling sessions in Sept. and Oct., had a brief setback in my skin due to a lot of traveling and stress from work in November so we went with an acne facial to re-clear up my skin in December (Ashley's great because she really tailors the appointment to what you need in the moment), and my final microneedling session was in December. Moving forward I'll get a facial every 4-6 weeks and microneedling likely every 6 months for maintenance. The healing process takes time, but I can't recommend this place enough to anyone who has tried everything to get rid of their acne and nothing seems to do the trick. I had a good experience during two laser sessions with Kyrstin. Unfortunately that is the end of my positive experience here. On four separate occasions the staff recommended / tried to change my next appointment from microneedling with PRP to microneedling with exosomes. I repeatedly told them due to dealing with ongoing sensitive skin reactions for the last two years I wasn’t comfortable with that. On the morning of my appointment 1.5 hours before I was supposed to go to get microneedling done, they called me and said there was an issue with the blood draw tubes and recommended I do exosomes instead or said we could cancel. Given that this was the fourth time they tried to change my appointment to something I wasn’t comfortable with, I decided cancel. I specifically booked my appointment a month out because I could work from home that Monday if my face was still red and am bummed that they didn’t prepare better for my appointment. The staff repeatedly made me uncomfortable trying to push a treatment I didn’t want and did not value my time by giving me sufficient notice. If I gave them 1.5 hours notice that I had to cancel, I’m sure I’d be charged a cancellation fee. I’m very disappointed by my experience here and wish it was more like the experiences the other reviewers...
