Hands down the best iced oatmilk pumpkin latte and brisket egg cheese jalapeños kolache!! Had been looking to support a local small business establishment and I finally found one that met my complete expectations after trying multiple and was about to give up and revert back to Starbucks. Good bye Starbucks hello Kolache Shoppe 🙌🏼❣ Edit: I would've given it a 2.5 stars but its either 2 or 3 so... A year later we visit Kolache Shoppe and ask for the exact same drink only this time we ask if they could go easy on the ice... well... they definitely went super easy on the ice and coffee also! I've never been beyond disappointed to see how much coffee was not in each cup considering we ordered 5 drinks! We visit this place on a regular and each time we visit we notice it more and more and this is exactly why I have decided to edit my review. Pictures I have uploaded reflect exactly what I am in reference to. We're supposed to be paying $5($1 extra for oat milk) making it $6 for each 12 oz drink and literally it's 8 oz if we want to get technical and remove all of the ice. We stopped going to Starbucks because of this and seeing now that this place is officially very similar to how Starbucks used to be I'm just very disappointed. We accepted the fact that they literally only offer one size drink but now if we ask easy on the ice it also means way less coffee. I will say that I absolutely love the coffee and the kolaches remain delicious and the customer service is also great but it's not worth what I'm paying so unfortunately we will start trying different places that will have size options and that won't short us on coffee all because we don't want lots of ice in our drinks. I really hate writing reviews that aren't great but I needed to point out how things have really changed a year later from the first time we tried it. Hopefully they'll address that and fix it as they have great product.

This is at least the 2nd or 3rd time that this has happened to me at this location. I've come in for happy hour and have been told all of the remaining items are 50% off. However, today AFTER I PAID, I was told its actually not half off but BOGO free (of equal or lesser value). Ok that seems new, but I understand. However, according to my receipt, then I should've been discounted for 1 of the 2 items (brisket egg cheddar/jalapeño) that were the same price $5.45 ? Even if that was not accurate then I should've been discounted for the next item of lesser value (sausage egg cheese) at $3.85 ? Something doesn't add up or make sense. Like I mentioned this isn't the 1st time this has happened. Unfortunately, today the worker's seemed beyond ready to close, pack up and couldn't be bothered explaining in a polite non confrontational manner. I'm positive in the past 6 months or so it was simply half off your order during happy hour not BOGO free. Either way, the math isn't making sense or adding up and seems like I got short changed by at least $5. This location is very busy, I understand mistakes happen. I'd highly suggest putting a sign that clearly indicates happy hour is BOGO free and NOT half off your order (especially if you're ordering an odd number of items). I'd also find a way for the system to automatically deduct the correct amount during happy hour. The cashier's are manually doing this which causes human error. Please do better as no one likes being short changed in today's ever changing economic climate. Also you wouldn't want someone to make you feel embarrassed, awkward or uncomfortable for simply inquiring how the discount works and why maybe the math is off?

I’ve coming here often since they opened since I live a quick 3 min drive away. The kolaches are consistently delicious, and their service is great! If drive thru line gets backed up, I recommend going inside since they are SUPER fast in there. As for the quality of the kolaches, I definitely give them a 10/10. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu, all the way from the sweeter fruit kolaches to the more savory breakfast and sausage kolaches, and they are all great. A very nice variety to choose from depending on how you’re feeling, and they have really fun “Kolaches of the Month” that are always great. The staff is not only super efficient, but super friendly as well. It’s also located right off the trail, so a great place to grab a quick bite and coffee while on a walk as well. 10/10 all around

We’ve been coming here for 2 years now and for a long time, we really loved it. The kolaches here are SO good and the staff is so, so sweet. I’ve never had a bad experience with the quality of the food or the staff that served it.

That being said, I feel that quality is not the issue but quantity is. This location opens at 7am and closes at 1pm. They are out of almost every single kolache if you come by 11am (and honestly sometimes earlier, it’s hit or miss). It is so frustrating to wait in line for 15 minutes only to go to order and they’re out of everything except for 3-4 basic flavors! The most disappointing part is it has been like this the entire time we’ve been coming here, they’ve never changed their structure even with increased business. I’ve sent others here who will not come here anymore for this exact reason. Super happy to see them doing so well, I just wish they were more consistent and accommodating with their increased business/ lack of planning on preparing enough product. There is no reason to sell out 2 HOURS...
