I just want to leave a review saying if anyone is thinking should hey come here or not wether adult classes or kids the answer is YES‼️ Coach K & Coach O (what my family & I call them) are fantastic. The gym is always super clean and organized. They always great you with a smile. Due to me not having any family or friends I could drop my kids off at while I go workout, I thought it would be impossible for me to find a gym that I could go to. That was not an issue at all. They allow me to bring my kids every session and make sure to keep an extra eye on them for me while I can come in and get my workout. If it’s your first time and you want to try it out, they will let you try it out the one time of no charge and let you make the choice yourself. I know you will not be disappointed. Within the first month I lost a total of 17lbs!! You will sweat more here then you ever have anywhere else. I PROMISE ! And just got a compliment on my weight loss which made me come and leave my review.Another great thing is not only does the coaches/owners make you feel like family but the entire vibe with everyone is one big happy family. I also have a daughter in the kids boxing class and they have not only helped her with boxing but has helped me out so much with her discipline in such a short amount of time. I’ve been coming to this boxing gym for some time now, and I have to to say, it’s been an incredible experience. The gym may be medium in size, but it’s definitely big on heart and character. The trainers are experts in their field and they really push you to your limits, both physically and mentally. If you are looking for an intense, challenging workout, this is definitely place to be. The family that runs the gym is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I stepped inside. Everyone here is so friendly and supportive, and it is really feels like a second home. Overall, I would highly recommend this boxing gym to anyone looking for a great workout in a welcoming and supportive environment. My 15 year old son started going to this gym two years ago. He has matured and changed so much since. He loves it, he literally considers the members and the coaches his family. I started going 6 months ago because I saw how motivated my son was and loved the boxing aspect of exercising. I love it, this is no judging zone, the coaches make you work while making it so fun! They treat people like family and everyone not just some people. It’s a diverse group and I love it, coach Osby and coach Kianti will get to know you. I trust them with my son, I love what they are about and highly recommended them above any other chain where you will never get to know anyone or where you will feel like you will never fit in.
