Bad customer service!!!! Took my daughter for her ears to be pierced. After maybe a little less than a month we went there because the earrings were stuck and couldn’t take them off. The lady that did the ear piercing was so Rude with us. We were trying to figure out how to remove them and she gave us her attitude. So unprofessional she didn’t even wanted to give us her name. I did call the 1800 Claire’s to give my feedback and now I am giving my feedback on this page.
