When me and my two kids got to this restaurant there is no host or anything. Just a sign that says seat yourself scan the QR code. Apparently customer service definitely declined and we have to rely on our smart phones. When we got to the table, the QR code was very faded. I’m surprised it even picked up and brought me to the menu so I was trying to do it in order on my phone to make their job easier. But as I was ordering my kids first meal wasn’t picking up everything I couldn’t see all the sides I asked the waitress for kids menu. It wasn’t working on the phone. She said she would bring me one -time passed and nothing. I saw a bunch of menus right there she was standing at her comp screen, I wanted her to know that I’m still waiting so I asked her if any of these were kids menus. She said no she said she would get me in a minute, I know she overheard us saying that our movie is going to be starting about an hour, so patiently and politely, as I was being even though underneath, I was annoyed And irritated because I felt ignored I noticed that she was all of a sudden taking orders from people that were sitting right behind us. I politely said, and even my kids were saying to me that you were polite the whole time all you did was say can I please have a kids menu? She said we don’t have any. I don’t know why she didn’t say that in the first place but she never did. So then I couldn’t help myself. I then asked why don’t y’all have any kids menus? She rudely said because it’s a bar! Then my attitude came out and I said yes it is. It’s also a family restaurant that I’ve been to a lot of times. It’s not like we’re sitting up at the bar. We’re in the restaurant area and other kids were there just like past experiences of eating at that place. There’s always kids. That shouldn’t have been the answer to my question. All I have been doing was waiting on a kids menu for a long time, either way when we got up to leave because I said forget, I did not appreciate her comment. My son then tells me in the car when we left that she flicked us off. so I go back to speak to the manager to tell him about our experience and all I was doing was waiting patiently and politely for a kids menu. Explained to him about the horrible storm. It just happened yesterday and phone service has been in and out in and out, and I don’t know if that’s why I was having trouble with getting the menu on my phone he said they do have kids menus but they are dirty and need to be wiped down. Lame response to that. Either way I told him that’s fine and if she communicated that with me that it was gonna be a minute, I need to get some wiped down. That’s customer service but to just plain out ignore and not really have any intention of even bringing me a menu it’s absurd. And then when I asked why they don’t have any kids menus her comment about because it’s a bar!!! Was extremely rude. I told the manager that my two kids could run this place better than them and I believe it to be true. The manager was just as ignorant as waitress at the end of the day, he looked like he cared less just had his hands on the counter looking at me like hurry up lady. I’m done no customer service at all. I ended up flicking him off. I asked him if he liked that because I didn’t appreciate being flicked off in front of my kids. Then I came back one More time to ask for corporate number and get some names This little dude all the sudden was at the front. He was just as rude as them if not worse. They probably put him up there just in case I came back and wanna deal with me. He said they’re so busy so I had to wait forever for the Manager. They weren’t busy. When the manager came, he was walking as slow as a turtle no urgency because he didn’t care obviously so busy huh? I feel like you would put a little pep in your step. If you were that busy this place was very awful. I would never Recommend unless all those people were removed because it used to be good. Read moreFirst off, I should’ve listened to the reviews and not come to this location. Since it’s by the movies I thought it would be more convenient to get something to eat but i was wrong. Upon walking in we seen fries all over the floor & drinks still on the table. Also when we walked in we weren’t greeted by anyone.. me & my girlfriend waited about almost 10 minutes, the security guard said “ somebody will seat you ma’am” as we watched servers talk and laugh and while we were just standing there.. & still the staff has yet to clean up the mess until 10 minutes later. We waited about another 5 minutes for our server to take our orders for our drinks. We only got 1 straw and had to ask for another.. ( you would think it’s common sense… two people so two straws ).. we ordered the sampler and that took forever to get to our table. We accidentally spilled our drink which our server seen.. i had to ask for napkins to wipe it up because it was on the menu. She didn’t offer to get us a new menu & she didn’t bother to wipe up the drink or ice cubes, so we just sat with a wet sticky table with a menu with lemonade and ice cubes plastered over it. And yes we made the mess and it was a small spill but it was all over the menu and I don’t understand that as a server why wouldn’t you try to get the mess cleaned or give us another menu? The food taking awhile is irritating but understandable it might’ve been busy and they might have been understaffed but there is no reason for us to get our food & the mozzarella sticks weren’t fresh.. the wings were hard and dry, the nachos were DISGUSTING AND COLD. The chips were half stale half soggy, chicken was cold and flavorless, way to much pico and peppers, no cheese and way to much sour cream. It was a cold, wet, flavorless mess. The onion rings were decent at best. We wanted to leave and pay our bill the minute we seen how unorganized and filthy it is but we didn’t want to cause a problem knowing our food was being made. Once we got our sampler we asked for the bill, paid & left. Not to mention it was a booth behind us with a broken slanted table just sitting there lol… This place is poorly run, the only person looking like they were actually working was some young black man in regular clothes. As for the female staff, walking around, talking, giggling and barely doing anything. If you want poor service and bad food then by all means come to this location because i am not happy with this at all.. 25$...
Read moreCame here tonight for my birthday dinner with my family. I have not been to this location before, but my sister in law chose the location and figured we would give it a go. Upon arriving we were seated in a timely manner, so our wait time was not long at all. Our waitress seemed nice enough, but didn't seemed very interested in serving us. My sister in law asked her about any birthday freebies and she told us that we had to be reward members. Which I told her was no biggie, I can totally understand that, as I am not a reward member here. I ordered the 6 wings, and asked for 2 different flavors, which the waitress said "oh no we can not do that on 6 wings", which I did not argue with her on. If that's the rule, that's the rule. So I decided to go with garlic parmesan. I had a change of heart as she was wrapping up our order and asked if I could possibly switch my flavor to lemon pepper. She then told me she couldn't because as soon as she typed it in, it goes straight to the kitchen. I don't ever wanna be a bother as I work retail and understand how rude some customers can be, so I just chalked it up to that's how their system works. My sister in law on the other hand is not as forgiving and asked a different waitress if they could just switch my flavor as it just got put in. And they were able to. I just don't understand, why my waitress wasn't even willing to try and change the one thing I wanted. We were seated right by the kitchen, so it wasn't even a far walk. To add to our frustration, she never came back with our straws, even though we had asked her several times. It's like she disappeared on us. She finally came around when we had finished our food, and another woman came and got our plates. We sat there for about 20 min after our table was clear waiting for her to give us our check or even just check on us.
