Placed a mobile order in advance. Pick up time was 12:45 pm. I waited until after 1 pm to receive my order ...I asked if my order was ready shortly after arriving...I was rudely ignored and it was not until the person that was with me asked again that someone finally says what was the order..staff took and filled other orders instead of locating my order to prepare....I left extremely pissed and refrained returning the RUDE behavior and allowed my daughter to handle...in addition to the staff and manager being rude and unprofessional. They chose to dance sing and play instead of doing the work they were hired for.....I would hope the Smoothie King hires people that provide customer service and perform their jobs with excellence as representation of Smoothie King. I'm sure Smoothie King will respond for google viewers to see but I notice this is an ongoing issue for this location...so when will action be taken in addition to a generic response for Google...
Read moreThey have their snacks price tagged low, but on bill out screen they jacked up the price(not sure their intention). I guess they think people would not find out. I did not observe until I stepped out and walked right back in to report and an Employee by name "Jordan R" who claimed to be the manager told me she can not refund me the balance and to my greatest surprised she asked that I drop the snack that I had not eaten so she can refund me whole price than refunding me the balance on a snack I wanted. What a shame. I have been a customer of smoothie, can not calculate how much I have put into that business but they can not refund me $0.49 x 2. With my Experience today at this, this company do not appreciate customers that walk into their store. I am in doubt that the overall management will smile on them asking me to drop an item I wanted just because of $0.49x 2.

Read moreThis review is not about the food but about the team members behavior in their store. I’m writing here so the owner can at least take this issue seriously now. We made multiple complaints already in the past but no action was taken. We’re a dental office right beside them. They’re making loud noises, cussing and abusive language which can be heard in our practice and patients including us feel concerned on what’s happening there. Its very disturbing and unpleasant to work with all those sounds hearing from the next door. I went inside today to complain but the manager says she doesn’t care and team members are rude and unprofessional. Please remember you’re not the only store in this building and its minimum courtesy that you should be considerate to your tenant businesses not to disturb them. I hope the owner takes this matter seriously and take appropriate action...
