At first everything tasted wonderful, the chicken tenders, mash potatoes, rice w/ chicken gumbo in tomatoe soup and the french fries. But when i started to eat the buffalo wings, it didnt taste like nor looked liked the buffalo wings that i had at the other Hertz Chicken i've been to but instead had chunks of sometype of spicy paste all over the wings and when i took a bite out of it, it tasted like half-cooked chicken coated with cherry-flavored medicine. Not all the french fries was cooked properly, their was some extremly soggy ones as if someone just took them out the freezer and just dipped them into the fryer and took them out, and then their was some that tasted like it was stale. Lastly the carrots and the salad, The carrots tasted a little bit off, carrots passed their prime off, and the salad after eating enough of it, started to taste like pesticide. When i was eating my carrots from my 3rd helpings with all the foods that i have said in my pervious statement, i started to get this weird feeling in my stomach and went striaght into the bathroom convulsing as if i was going to throw up, luckly i didn't though but after that I couldn't risk eating another bite of that food so I lefted with a unsatisfied stomach. Read moreI went to this location and legit waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for a 2 piece.. cool. I got to the window and the transaction had cleared but I forgot to add ranch dipping sauce. I asked to clerk at the window for a cup of ranch. I believe his name was Ernesto, atleast that's what he said when I asked. I only had a card and didn't have any cash or change. I asked for the ranch and he said it would be 32 cents. I said I don't have any cash and that he could slide my card for the 0.32 but it would be frivolous. He proceeded to say I can't have the ranch. I said I been in this line for over 20 minutes, I'm providing your established with business and you're tellling me you can't give me a cup of thirty cent ranch because the transaction already cleared and I didn't have the change handy? He said no. I asked for a manager and he proclaimed he is the manager. After going back and fourth his words were "I'll give you the ranch but this better not happen again" I asked for his name and drove off. Very poor customer service, and awful service recovery skills, you can't give a customer who've been waiting 20 minutes a cup or ranch for their inconvenience? Read more1 star rating. Visited this location 09/07/22 If you don't look or speak spanish you will be ignored. Initially I went to the drive thru however the car in front of me was taking a while so I decided to go in. Inside there were only 2 ppl eating and one of the workers sitting down eating. A guy in the kitchen and a lady working the drive thru. I went to order no one ever acknowledged Im there even though the lady working the drive thru passed right in front of me still no one moment or any greeting. After several minutes the girl sitting down comes to take my order( mind you I heard her sneeze)she didn't wash her hands or use hand sanitizer I wanted the 10 pc special she walks over starts picking up chicken I guess counting the meat and said it'll be 20 mins. I said no thank you and left. The energy presented was very much prejudice they were not busy one car in the drive thru and me at the counter. This seems to be a trend as Im reading reviews Hartz do better in training your employees on customer service skills and working with the public.
