Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

Me and my partner went in to have dinner this evening we just moved to the area and was in mood to pizza. As soon as we walk up to tables all dirty. The lady cleaning was trying her best to keep up but management could have stepped in and helped it was dinner time. I walk to salad bar cause that’s what we always eat first. Only to see that it’s all brown and rusty. I turned to manager and ask if she had better she said that all they had. I went on to have pasta and pizza. The bar was completely empty but the young guy apologized and asked what we would like and let us know when it’s out. He was working so hard. I then walk over to get a drink and the one soda I drink was just carbonated. She said oh we don’t have it. So my partner said make a sign. We then sit down and enjoy our food . Only to look up and see manager filling salad bar no gloves. But the best part was she was putting out new salad. Smh I was already full and just so upset that she lied. The problem tonight was the manager. I have been in management for 15+ years you have to help and take care of customers #1 and also lead by example. The lady cleaning tables the lady making pizza and the guy filling pizza bar was doing an amazing job kudos to them for keeping restaurant up...

Ive attended this places several times the food is great a little slow but great after all. Just one big complain that I see people Saying and I’m glad I’m not the only one. It’s about the lady with the makeup I believe she’s the cashier/ manager . It’s true she is VERY RUDE! We walked in and she always has such a rude attitude towards people and I’ve experienced it several times. Hopefully the cicis staff talk to her and check her up , or fire her honestly. Y’all can’t be having people with that type of attitude towards people when her job is to be welcoming and make people feel comfortable and make sure people are satisfied with the food. Which in this case she is not. I know this is not the first complain y’all get from this heavy makeup wearing lady. WE LOVE CICIS just not Her working there and making people feel uncomfortable. Firing her would be the best option and find someone new. Can’t believe cicis of 290 gave her that position and she seems like she doesn’t care about her position so why have someone like that working for cicis, I believe that makes the company look bad when in reality is not since she’s simply a manage/ simple worker that can be replaced with...

Came in with a group of 8 I was unable to sit together because the main area was being cleaned up. They were telling my kids to go sit in a different area because / management they have to make sure that the main area is clean before any other area. I noticed the manager turned off the open sign at 8:30 p.m. when I ask what time do you close she stated 10 p.m. I am a business owner and I know that you cannot turn off or lock any doors before the business hours are over. there was a lot of people dining the night that I went and was really disgusted how this manager or bus girl was telling us that we needed to move to the smaller area near where the drinks are area or a long the windows when we were there to eat as a group not individually. I would love from somewhere to corporate to contact me regarding this. There should be no reason for us to have to pay the full price if there are going to be closing certain areas just to make sure that they get out of work as...
