Today after school I wanted to purchase a beefybean burrito with a tea but instead I was profiled then verbally harassed by the manager (Hispanic lady name starting with a J) because she believed I was stealing a drink as I was filling my Igloo cup with ice. When she confronted me she started off by rudely saying "Don't come in here doing that sir, that's stealing" granted I understand nothing is free so I said "ok, I will pay with my order" and because she was on speaker phone with one of her friends she decided to put on a show for them by furthering the harassment by yelling with full sassiness "I don't care what you were going to do! And! You can actually just leave, we don't need your business!" I don't argue with women so I politely let her know she is being rude and probably shouldn't act that way if she is the manager. She ignored my comment continued her outburst but with full on rage, then started profiling me by doubling down on her belief that I was "stealing" a drink. Any options of resolving the problem was met with attitude and unprofessionalism, so much so that one of her cooks had to walk to the front to see the drama unfolding. I let her know that I was going to report her but she seemed confident nothing will happened by the day she told me to "call the owner" as she giggled and walked behind the counter. After she disappeared to the back he cook politely and professionally handled the situation. He didn't not accuse me of stealing and he allowed me the time tell my side and get the store number before telling me I must leave. As I was gathering my school stuff a Hispanic guy came in with the attention of stealing drinks because he entered with a water bottle from his pocket and started filling it up as he took sips every few fills and as I brought that to the cooks attention he politely told the man he was not allowed to do that either. In summary, I was profiled and disrespected by the floor manager because she thought I was trying to take a drink without paying, and I believe regardless of what she thought, a human being should not be treated as such, over a drink, or by a facility that serves laxative as...
Read moreIf I could give this place a 0, I would. When I say I am an advocate for Taco Bell, I am definitely in Taco Bell's top 10 #1 fan Club. I looooove Taco Bell, But this 1 was by far the WORST Taco Bell I have ever encountered. I'm a simple girl and I had 1 Taco, 1 simple request, that was immediately shut down by the Manager, whose name is Melissa, over the intercom through the drive thru. When I got to the window I asked the Employee to please let me speak with her a second. He politely said Ok, and went and got her. She LITERALLY came to the window and said, " Yea, what is it that U need?"....My mouth dropped open and I asked her, " Wow, is that How u would normally greet a customer?" And she said "Yea, I mean, I was doing something." I was shocked at this point, our conversation didn't go well because she was very snarky and rude. I told her I see the vibe in the establishment by how she greeted me and I told her I didn't even want anything anymore. She sarcastically told me to have a good day and walked away. I just can't even, like I have been In the Food and Beverage Industry practically my whole life. Since i was 18, Im 43, and that amount of disrespect at a Place like Taco Bell, is Crazy. My husband is the Kitchen Manager at the Restaurant The Juicy Crab down the street and this was definitely gonna be my go to Taco Bell, when I had time, Like today. But that Manager just left a sour taste in my mouth on that one. I would not recommend this location. P.S. When I told her to have a good day back, she had to obviously get the last word in, because she hollered back from the kitchen. " She...
Read moreDrive-thru experience was the worst. The person taking the order repeatedly screamed at me to give my order (seriously kept asking the same thing louder and louder until screaming) after I initially said one moment, I'm looking at the menu. After the second time I stopped answering. There was no one behind me and I was trying to see what was in the new box combo. Once I got to the window she flung the drink at me. The top wasn't on properly and splashed out hitting my car. She made another drink, took my card and rang me up but refused to give me the receipt saying it was on the box. The sticker on the box was the order as it came in not the receipt with prices. I insisted and refused to drive off without it. When she did hand me the receipt she had torn off the part with the survey code and store number. She then slammed the window closed. I didn't move and asked for the rest of the receipt. She pretended she didn't understand and said she couldn't reprint it. I said just give me the rest of the receipt that tore off. She closed the window again. It's crazy someone would act this way. After all of this the food was cold and the drink was flat. I live about a mile from the place. This was a pretty...
